How is it possible for this location to even be open ?? When everything!! I mean everything is BAD!! Bad employee’s appearance!! Bad housekeeping!! Bad quantity & quality food!! Bad costumer service in general!! Need to retrain personnel or hire new employees that have pride and actually want to work and make a difference!! Shame on management!! ♂️

Food was ok. But seriously the service was slow a couple in front of me ordered the when I got up to order they ignored me for what seemed like five to seven minutes. While three employees made the couple in front of me food. Looked liked they were moving in slow motion.

Just used their drive thru. We requested A number 5 (Carne Asada quesadilla) meal, a Number 6 (chicken burrito) meal, and a Number 10 just the burrito. The person taking the order kept cutting my brother off while he was going through the order while also never including “small” in the list of potential sizes. This resulted in size confusion at first. Once we got the sizes figured out (we all wanted small) we heard our order and it was slightly wrong. The carne asada quesadilla was a chicken quesadilla, the chicken burrito was a carne asada burrito, and the last one was fine. When we corrected them, they messed it up again. This time around, they forgot to turn the quesadilla into a meal. When we tried to fix that, the person taking our order went silent for a good half a minute or so. A new person came on to take the order. After giving our order, it was STILL wrong. So, my brother decided to just drive up to the window to tell them directly. There, the person at the window gave us our total despite us not being finished. One of the higher ups was notably angry and yelled at her to get out of the way so she could confirm our order. The quesadilla was somehow back to being an a la mode chicken quesadilla. We told her what the order was and she got it down before asking “and the fries were chili fries, right?” to which my brother and I responded with, “No”. After repeating the order, it was finally correct and we paid for the meal. Upon getting our receipt, the quesadilla said “add carne asada, +50 cents”. It wasn’t something we were concerned about since it could have just been how the quesadilla orders were handled. But this is where things get fun. We were ready to leave after the terrible customer service, so we didn’t realize that the quesadilla was STILL a chicken quesadilla with a little carne asada on the edges. They sold us a chicken quesadilla and added carne asada to it. Absolutely terrible. If I wanted that, I would have requested it that way. Instead, we paid more for something that we didn’t want. But here’s the cherry on top. They didn’t check their fountain drinks properly, so the small sprites were lacking in flavor. I have never had the displeasure of dealing with such a consistently incompetent fast food place. I’d expect this from a store with teens working, but everybody there was an adult. It’s absolutely unacceptable and I will not be eating there again.

Tonight the food was prepared excellent. Ordered the one dollar tacos and a soda. The tacos were the best ones ever from a Del Taco. The tacos tasted super and had a perfect amount of ingredients. All of the employees were cheerful and polite. Also the place was clean.
