So went to try their new Gorditas that my son mentioned they have. We got the steak and chicken guacamole. Over all very tasty but could have used a bit more meat for the price. I got more tomato than anything, hopefully you can see that in pictures. Spent about 28$ for both meals. I do really like their fries! Associate was friendly and they did give me plenty of hot sauce, i use it on everything.

Dude at the drive way was definitely high. He couldn’t read me my order correctly and repeated himself 5 times. When asked for sauces, he gave me only TWO packets!! TWO!! For 4 tacos and 2 burritos. Hopefully he’s not there when I go back. Other than that the food was still good.

I used the drive thru for this visit. It could be cleaned up a bit. The burger and fries were tasty. The staff seemed rushed and not very friendly. This Del Taco is near my home, and my daughter is always going there. She really likes their food. I gave it a 4, because of the service, and outside cleanliness.

I will never ever go to this Del Taco again. I don’t eat fast food often but when I do, it’s usually Del Taco. This one has always been the most convenient for me in terms of hours and location but after today I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere. The drive thru has always been slow and the customer service okay.. Polite with a smile, but never above the minimum expected. Today I ordered the Huervos Rancheros burrito without the beans. A couple bites in I came across hard bits of something black which appeared to be burned meat. No problem, I scooped it out and kept going.. Then I realized there are beans.. Well dang it.. I grabbed a bowl, opened the burrito and started scooping around the beans. I stopped instantly when I spotted a fairly thick black hair In the center of my burrito. It had the little white root still attached. I took multiple pictures and threw my food away. I called my sitter and asked that she toss the little burrito that I gotten for my son. I can stand a mistake in my order, but that’s just gross.

This saddens me to give a poor review today this del taco here has been our favorite forever. I am shocked that three times in a row now because; I try to give the benefit of the doubt but our food has been cold especially the fry’s . I called to speak to the manager but the employee wouldn’t get him this is sad!!! What happened to everyone here what changed??! Smh

Went on April 23,2023 about 130pm went thru the drive thru. Worker never gave receipt and charge twice. One for a different amount and one for the correct amount. Called the store today to let them know about what happen and the manager refuse to give name out, very rude, then stated that she knew the debit system was going in and out and that she emailed them to fix it. When ask to get corporate number she stated I don’t have it you can goggle it and still refuse to give name when ask twice. And she had the nerve to ask me why you need my name, so I explain why. I would pay by cash at this location from now on.
