I don’t usually leave bad reviews unless it’s really bad. We asked for fish tacos in drive through and they charged us for chicken tacos. We went back into the store to get a refund and the right tacos but the employee there said she couldn’t give a refund and I would have to come back for a manager on Tuesday. The cashier also gave us attitude and said “oh my god” when we asked about the manager. We shouldn’t have to come back on another day for a refund especially if we are customers from out of town.

Okay so this is my home base Del Taco it’s the closest one to home I come here all the time it’s always amazing, this morning I came here and ordered like normal except for the lady working didn’t know the items they sell. I asked for the five-dollar chicken taco combo that they have a sign for and she told me they no longer have it but I’m staring at a sign at the drive-thru it’s literally telling me there’s a 5.00 $6 or $7 combo meal with chicken tacos and a drink but this lady is telling me that I’m wrong so we had to leave without buying anything and my son was just going crazy cuz he wanted his food I’ll try not to come so early in the morning maybe they’ll have competent people working

The night crew here is professional and has great customer service. I came in the other night got the fiesta pack and it was proper compared to the magnolia and banbury location. I explained to the young gentleman that the other place likes skimped me on the burritos and his response was “we got you” and they were legit! After that experience this place had my business 100%. Went in last night for taco Tuesday and everything was perfect. All my food was fresh and tasted delicious. Moses was the cashier and gave great customer service. Thanks to the whole team for having positive attitudes and working efficient, i had my food quick and didn’t have to wait forever.
