Easily the worst Del Taco I’ve ever visited. I just got three hard shell tacos and an order of fries. The fries has black burnt flakes all over them, the tacos were all wet and stale like they’ve been sitting all day. I didn’t finish anything.

The hired help at this place have no business working here. They think they can get away by trying to charge full prices on Taco nights. I have caught them on 3 occasions charging me full prices for their taco Tuesday and Thursdays. Do yourself a favor stay home and cook. Just like McDonald’s on limonite this place should be shut down. Not to mention that most of the taco shells are cracked, and portions are skimpy at best.

Everything that I wanted was out! I was shocked when they said they didn’t have enough chicken for my order, which means they were trying to spread what they did have, so there was barely any on my tacos. Fish tacos were on the menu but they said they dont sell them anymore. The food was cold, and the steak was flavorless. We were told their shipment didn’t come in, and also, people called off. If this is how it always is, they may want to consider closing this location down instead of serving low quality food.

Fries tasted stale and dried out like someone tried to fry them twice and there was burnt flakes on them all. Del taco was only half filled and both burritos we got were not folded correctly and the filling spilled out in the wrapper and bag. Worst this location has ever done.

They don’t even give you the double del you ordered in the double del combo, worst del taco ever. Took 25 minutes, just to not even get your main item. Manager lady was rude should get a new job del taco isn’t for her, she was stressing out the whole time.

So I came to get something sweet but seen tacos and I ordered 2 chicken 2 asada…but got to the window and was told it was $27.and change…and I was going to pay it …because honestly I didn’t want to make the girl feel bad because i could tell she was new…but I’m sure the girl knew that she messed up so she asked if the order was okay…so I told her I only ordered 4 tacos…so after she fixed the order she charged me…but she gave me the wrong amount …another employee helped her out and gave me the correct amount…and after the girl who kept messing up actually gave me a attitude as if it was me with the problem….which I thought was uncalled for….I was pretty patience but after getting attitude I felt annoyed….and because of all the confusing i didnt get my sweet craving taken care of….

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Where is zero star……I don’t know what happened to this place in the last month or two but OMG its a train wreck…..Nobody has a clue what they are doing. Took them 30 min to get a small simple order done. 10 min of that I watched the bag sitting on the counter while it was passed by numerous times. Then another 10 minutes for the manager to figure out how to refund me and that took two tries because he missed the fries on the first refund.
