Workers on the night shift or snobby, rude and prejudice! They speak down to you as if they are better, despite the fact that they are the fast food workers and I’m the consumer that has a professional career and providing them their paycheck! With out the consumer’s money, working in fast food is pointless, along with your lives, because obviously these workers here have miserable lives which has to be the only reason they are so unprofessional, nasty disposition and lazy!

I’ve never had a problem with this establishment before when I go there for my ice coffee. Until I went to this Del Taco just a few days ago, I placed a large order and received all food items cold. Nothing was hot nor fresh and wrong items) My fault on the worng items, went back to explain to the Manager there that the food items were cold the items were not right very very very rudely approach Kept being told repeatedly that the food was fresh there’s a difference from fresh and cold after everything was replaced items correctly changed And I live within seconds of this restaurant, I was giving nothing but attitude whole time, sad part about the experience wasn’t the food I could have just asked for a refund, but the food wasn’t for myself. disheartening part was that they were speaking about me in Spanish, very derogatory, not knowing that I can understand every (Word) they said. definitely won’t be going back to this establishment not after the way I had been treated and talked about it’s a sad day in this world where we still have people working in establishments like this Feeling the way they feel About certain !!!!! ( I won’t say) It’s very heartbreaking and I didn’t come in rude or disrespectful to be treated like that. I raised my family working fast-food jobs, so I know how to treat customers people in general

Always 100% accurate. Good food. We come with pretty much every order custom and they always get it right. Great job. It is inside the Shell gas station and you can go inside during covid. They also have a drive thru. Careful though, there is a really sharp turn.

The cashier was judgemental on my friend paying and the server issuing my order. Her payment hadn’t gone through and the cashier thought the order was hers and told the server not to give her the food when it was actually going to me. Cashier also was copping attitude from my looks with tattoos. And I’m just a paying customer. Not some bum looking for a hand out.

Even though it’s further, we go to this location because the one in Towngate Shopping Center has terrible service – they only care about the timer & ask you to park (even when there are no cars behind you) & that they’ll bring your order out. There’s not enough parking & you end up having to go in because they take so long.
