I had a few minute break and just happened to be near. It was 7:10 am; the restaurant opens at 7:00 am. I went in to order, and they were just setting up and opening up the register. They said it would be another ten minutes or so before I could order. I’m truly upset. That’s poor restaurant management. They wasted my time.

It’s Del Taco so you should know what you’re getting into by coming here already, but this one is far superior to the beach location in terms of service and speed. Beach was backed up with 10 cars at 11:30 on a Sunday, popped over here and there were two. A god sent in this sitch.

Ordered food from Armania and had to wait in a very long line. Upon getting up to the window, she refused to provide the fries that we had ordered because their machine for scanning the app was not working without telling us prior.

Horrible staff on Tuesdays…. They use to staff their experienced food line staff but clearly they have not in the past year or two. Just waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to leave and try and order inside to see the staff not prioritizing the customers inside causing me to wait 10 more minutes. When they saw me frustrated they decided to try and take my order only to be trying to multi task with taking drive throughs so ultimately the male with fake long nails got my order wrong and nonchalantly tried to shake it off when I mentioned it. I get it you’re busy but maybe learn how to count tacos so the staff taking orders can focus on that. I miss when Mario was the manager here. Always had the best staff in on Tuesday. Now just a bunch of pathetic kids who you can tell do not care for the part time work they are doing with awesome customer service.

I visit the various Del Taco restaurants in Huntington Beach. The one at Seacliff Village is my favorite (by far) as the staff is pleasant and the food seems consistently more fresh than some of the other locations. One of the managers, Vanessa, deserves special mention as she always seems to have the store in the best order and has always been kind and considerate when I’ve visited.

They never clean the bathrooms like they should be. Floor never is mopped, always smells like a mix of feces and vomit. They have a employee restroom 5 feet away. Smells like flowers in there, floor is nice and clean, toilet clean. Thing is the door is locked and you need the key to get in that one, which they won’t give you. I’ve used that restroom a few times and it always looks and smells better. Apparently these people don’t value their customers. Take note the garbage flowing over the can. Note I came in 11 hours after I took these pics, still nothing had been cleaned. That is feces all over the sink and toilet. ) : Use a different Del taco if you want Del taco. If the bathrooms look like this the kitchen couldn’t be far behind.
