The food was good but ordering was a hassle. I ordered the 2 for 7 carnitas burritos and I wanted the combo. The order taker didn’t bother to clarify my order and just gave me the burritos. So I was disappointed to not get my order right, so when ordering this be sure to make absolutely sure you are getting what you want.

I ordered four snack taco’s and not one had meat the guy working back was staring at me like he wanted to fight so I told him to act professional a year later I go back and this happened and sure enough he was working with the food he’s bald and a long strip of hair and has tattoos I will be getting a hold of a lawyer because I feel like I got food poisoning

Ordered 5 grilled chicken tacos only to find out they were hard shell beef when I got home. Tacos were in the right wrapper and everything. I’ve been to this location before and they’ve made little mistakes but nothing this bad. The intercom is terrible and there is no digital screen to confirm your order so maybe it isn’t all the fault of the employees.

I ordered the same thing pretty much every time soft tacos no lettuce. Half the time they give me crunchy tacos typically with lettuce the other half of the time I get to the soft tacos but again loaded with lettuce I’m not a rabbit. Last time I went through the drive-thru they even argued with me that I did not order soft tacos. I have denture problems trust me I order soft tacos all the time. Been going to the store since it was built, never again. I requested a contact from management and nobody’s called me very disappointed

Good food at slightly high prices. Food prep staff are good but others are somewhat ambivalent about the quality they represent. Mgrs. are good but can’t be everywhere sometimes product is lacking. By way of illustration it’s not unusual to get a freshly made burrito and an order of fries that has been sitting since 20 minutes beforehand, in other words ancient fries coupled with a newly made burrito don’t work.
