I just want to say that IM SORRY for pulling into your drive through 29 minutes before closing and ordering over a dozen beef or chicken tacos on a Tuesday or Thursday night. It clearly says it opens at 8am we waited 15 min and finally a lady peers her head out and says they are closed because the cashier hasn’t shown up. We decide to go next door to jack in the box and all of a sudden here she comes pulling up taking her sweet time driving in and getting out the car. Hire reliable staff

This place says it’s open until midnight but it rarely is, I drive by it heading to work and I seldom ever see it open past 11:30… lights are always off and no staff inside maybe update your times to when you’re ACTUALLY open? Last time I ate there I had a spicy chicken burrito and it gave me the bubble guts bad. I won’t ever eat at this location again.

So after waiting around 15 min in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me you would expect their motto of “What can we make fresh for you?” You would get something that resembles a fresh meal. Well, let’s just say that I was completely disappointed with this trip. The 2 beer battered fish tacos looked like a good deal, and this is what I get. 2 way overcooked fish tacos with the fish inside looking more like fish jerky. If you go to this del taco ensure your food is edible especially later in the evening. This is unacceptable.

Man! If they could get an order right one out of three visits, I’d be happy. I am so tired of getting home with an order to discover it’s completely wrong or, and yes, this happened last week, some other customers’ food. And the order was gross! I don’t even bother taking the food back anymore. It’s not worth the drive.

I was not happy with my visit today because when I was handed my food I wasn’t given a receipt and was not asked if I wanted a receipt. By the time I realized this the cashier had walked away and did not look my way for several minutes. When I asked her for the receipt she was like oh we ran out of paper but I can get you one if you want. She had crumpled up the receipts to throw them away and had given me one that was the same total I paid but not the same items that I ordered. I just wanted to make sure she had given me my discount from the coupon I had. But there was really no way for me to check and usually the food is really good but my breakfast burrito was only half way full in the tortilla. The other half of the tortilla which was the top was dry and crunchy. I don’t have this much trouble with the location on Mount Vernon this location was at North Chester
