At 10:00 or 11:00 lunch the food itself is better as it is fresher (obviously), but the lunch team seems to serve more protein (if not what is normally expected). I come here maybe once every month due to how close I work to this location over the years. I have noticed that the closing team (around 4pm and after) seem to stretch their protein by serving less than the usual recipes across the chain. Maybe they are trying to avoid cooking more before the evening ends, which I can understand. However, just makes me avoid this location anytime after 4pm.

Coming from out town after a long drive and stopping at my favorite Del Taco, I was shocked. I asked Emma a worker to use the bathroom and she stated it was for customers only. I stated I will order after, I am from out of town and it was a long drive. Emma stated I had to order something first. I was eating my food in the restaurant when I saw a female walk in and not order nothing and was allowed to use the restroom. I asked for another Supervisor and Emma stated she was on a conference call, how convenient.

The restaurant didn’t honor the two free tacos with first time order on their awful app that’s confusing and doesn’t show the advertised deals on their mailed out coupon flyer. The food was also not great and I got sick. Bad experience.

7/15/23 ~2:30pm I come here very often never any big complaints, but today was just terrible. Girl with the braces in the drive thru window should be bare minimum fired. All the food I PAYED for was not in the bag, so went back to let her know I was missing an item. Instead of just giving an apology about not being able to complete a simple task she decided to give attitude, argued that I had not ordered that when clearly the receipt I had in hand said otherwise. I don’t know what it is with her attitude but it’s honestly embarrassing she would try and lie and act like she hadn’t messed up. Absolutely embarrassing to say the least.

I have NEVER had any issues with Del Taco in 35 years until last week. Last week I ordered several items. One being the new tostada. Looked amazing! Everything was going good, I ordered my food thru the drive thru and got my bag and left. As I’m driving down Oakdale road I had grabbed the tosdada to eat while at a red light. I grabbed the box out of the bag, opened it, and started to eat it. About 4 bites in I seen something moving! Yes, moving. My eyes were immediately drawn to what was a moving bug who’s legs looked to be stuck in the tomato on my tosdada!!! I literally FREAKED out!! I was just staring at this bug while it was moving around in disbelief. I immediately snapped a few photos as well as a video. I put the remaining tosdada back in the box, shut it, threw it in the bag and called the manager immediately! Needless to say the manager didn’t believe me when I told her to check her tomatoes. She told me she’sbeen serving food all morning and seen no bugs. Well, this bug was in an enclosed box so it didn’t come from my vehicle is what I told her. My AC was on low, no windows were even open in my truck so they’re was no way this bug came in. Maybe it came from the cardboard box , the food box, I don’t no, but it was in the box when being served to me! She didn’t take it seriously therefore I have called corporate and reported her and the damn bug!!! I will NEVER come back here after this!!! Also, they NEVER have me a reciept. I think the managers name was Gabby. She was HORRIBLE!!!!! She shouldn’t be dealing with the public! Shane on you Gabby!
