Our dedication to delicious deli sandwiches began in Fresno, California 25 years ago when we took over a little restaurant on Shaw Avenue. After a few years, one restaurant wasn’t enough to meet popular demand so we opened a second location, then a third, and the rest is history. We use only the freshest produce, premium deli meats, and terrific homestyle bread made locally! Our restaurants serve more than just terrific sandwiches – there are also salads, soups, and fabulous french fries (We’re known for them!) and now, yummy cheesecake desserts.

Customer service and food quality sucks. No greeting just demand for order when I was placing order employee kept staring at the door wasn’t paying attention. They don’t know how to make sandwiches seriously they put burnt black chicken on my sandwich. When I spoke to the employee regarding she gave me chicken in little container like seriously how do I put chicken on sandwich now? They don’t have any utensils. Awful don’t waster your time and money.

Would like to bring to owners attention the service or lack of service I received prior to closing on 6-1-2023 at the Tulare Hillman Location, after approaching counter was informed that the shop was out of fries and lettuce? My family has enjoyed this establishment since it opened but the staff has continued to act inconvenienced and insincere on our last few visits, lack of MANAGEMENT ( OWNER ) presents! No accountability. I would rather go to Visalia’s Pickled Deli at least they smile and Thank You for coming in, or visit the outlets and pay twice the money at TOGO’s. Ken T.

I’ve been to the Deli Delicious in my home town and enjoy eating there. It’s a little pricey but it really is a high end sandwich that’s worth the price. At this location my 12 inch sub had a $3 added charge which I didn’t think to ask about until after I’d already paid. The cashier was unsure as well and had to look. I was charged $3 dollars (that’s 20% on a $15 sandwich) for honey mustard. The sandwiches were good and the staff were pleasant, I just wanted to warn other people to be careful which dressing you choose. Had I been warned ahead of time, there is absolutely no way I would have paid extra for dressing!

Food is usually good. Just wish when I order a sandwich and ask for sprouts and then get told “it already comes with them” that they’d put them. Come home to see they didn’t put sprouts on a vegetarian sandwich that “includes “ them. Fries are also always soggy which is unfortunate cause they do have the potential to be amazing. Otherwise food is decent just check your order before you leave.

Came here for lunch today. The manager (Christina) and her team are just awesome! I ordered a pastrami,salami,pepperoni,and provolone and it was amazing! ( first time trying this one).The guest service here is awesome! Great food, great service, and very welcoming every time I come in. Kudos

Stopped in about4:30. 4 employees standing around. No greeting just a demand for order. It was obvious they wished I’d go away! The female made a delicious sandwich but while I was waiting a HUGE cockroach was scurry across the floor. I told employees and they all but rolled thier eyes! Unconcerned with this as well! I’ll go somewhere else next time. The female only decent employee in there.
