Place looks dirty and unsanitary I had not been here in some time I used to be a big fan of the their Philly cheesesteaks. I order without onions and seems like they took out the steak too and just went all pepper trying to save money idk but don’t waste your money or time better places out there will never go back the Boulder locations are trash too.

I normally do not leave any negative reviews online because I like small businesses. This place started to offer boba tea and I decided to give it a try. It is 4.99-5.99 per cup and it took them 15 mins to get ready…. Feel like a joke. Seriously, the flavor is so faked… totally not worth my time.

This is my first time trying out this place. They have plenty of options but I settled on the pastrami and swiss. I’m not an expert in NY deli but I really enjoyed the sandwich. The workers were very patient with us while we decided what to get and got us our food out fairly fast after we ordered. My SO ordered the F Train and really seemed to enjoy that one. Definitely will be back, the experience was enjoyable.

They refused to honor a $20 gift certificate purchased from their location. The gift certificate says, “Only redeemable at 12161 Sheridan location”. The owner told me to go somewhere else. Rude. I’m very shocked and disappointed. I would have actually spent my own cash there if she wasn’t so rude. Wow.
