Hidden small jewel. The owner is a former GM of a hibachi restaurants chain. Very experienced guy and took over this small place few days ago. They basically serve hibachi plates, Very well done by the way. I tried shrimp tempura to start and it was awesome. I am not a big fan of hibachi, prefer traditional japanese cuisine instead, but the fried rice and steak hibachi was very good. I recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Amazing Hibachi dishes! Ordered the Steak and Chicken Teriyaki Meals to go and loved every bite. Plates come with mixed vegetables, ginger salad, fried rice, and yum yum sauce! Can’t wait to see this business flourish and definitely recommend!

The staff was very helpful and nice but the food unfortunately was subpar. They served me a mofongo in less than 10 minutes – you might think this means expediency, but what it means it’s either they have them pre-made and just reheated, or they are frying chunks of mangu. The consistency certainly leads me to believe the second. The atmosphere is great and clean, but I cannot in good conciencia recommend the food. The pechurinas and the fried cheese were also subpar, as was the piece of Dominican cake I had. It was Dominican food, but I’m not sure it was made by Dominicans.

Food was too acid making the dish taste overly sour and have a weird aftertaste. I think instead of stew beef i got a vinegar stew and my dad ordered mondongo and got carrots with sauce because he couldn’t find the mondongo and it was full of vinegar aswell so he couldn’t really taste any flavor on it. To top it off i ordered a piece of dominican cake and the cream on top was crunchy which it’s not supposed to, it has to be a soft cream consistency not like a cookie like consistency. Horrible food but great customer service.

Food was very tasty and brought out quickly. I felt like I was back on the island when I came in here. Friendly service. Desserts were delicious. I plan to return here again when I go back to the area.

My second time eating from this place. Need less to say is bad. A disgrace of Dominican cuisine. I am Dominican born and raise in the island. Who ever told this people that their food is good is all lies. I order 2 plates this time around

I ordered Mofongo with loganiza and queso frito. First Of all I never received the fried cheese and in what world is this Mofongo! Being Dominican I know what Morongo should look and taste like! THIS IS NOT IT! it is soggy as if they boiled it like Mangu along with the chicahrones. This is THE WORSE Mofongo I have ever ordered, had to throw the whole thing away due to the amount of garlic they used and gross chicharones. NEVER AGAIN!
