I usually do takeout from Delicias because they have authentic kitchen. I took a group of friends for dinner recently and all had the same experience of eating home cooked food at the restaurant. The owner is very hardworking and friendly. This is our new hangout place. Do check it out!

My wife and I have been coming here for years, starting at the old location next door that was more like a traditional restaurant. Now it’s a grocery/dine in combo so the ambiance has taken a step back but the food is top notch. It’s nice to have an authentic spot to try Latin foods that you won’t find in other restaurants in town

This restaurant serves the best Salvadoran food I’ve ever had. I’m from California and have grown up with Salvadoran friends and around many Salvadoran restaurants and this beats them all. The pupusas are incredible and have the perfect pork and cheese filling. I also love their tamales! I will continue ordering from here as long as they are in business!!!

I’d been wanting to try Ropa Vieja since I learned about it during a lesson in one of my high school Spanish classes. I cannot emphasize this enough, it was SO DELICIOUS. I am over the moon for this to have been my first experience trying it. And for a local place to have such an authentic flavor, at that? I’m genuinely impressed. I’m so happy we have this here in Lynchburg. 5/5, 10/10 definitely recommend. I can’t wait to try all the other dishes on the menu. I ordered through door dash, so I cannot comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant/store, but I’d love to check it out!
