This small family run business is the best Mexican restaurant with regards to service and quality. The owners Lupe and Carlos are friendly, hardworking, generous community minded people who will treat you right. Interesting and unique dishes for any taste buds. The flan is to die for! A great place to host a party too. And they can hook you up with a fantastic mariachi band! Nicely decorated and a quiet space for a relaxed unch or elegant dinner.

Our family hardly ever writes reviews of places, but before we even got to the car following our brunch meal (!!!), we knew we had to write about Lupe and the restaurant! Lupe was extraordinarily warm, welcoming, and exceptional as a host/server! We were driving from the coast back to Bend and we now have a Restaurant, we will consistently be going back to for years to come! The food was yummy, we asked for numerous modifications, and Lupe’s warm and welcoming nature had us feeling like we were enjoying a meal and conversation at her home! We can’t wait to tell Other friends, who will be driving through Corvallis about Delicias valley café!

This place is amazing. I just moved to Corvallis from Portland, and I’ve been trying out different restaurants to get to know the town, and this is my favorite so far. The staff is very friendly, the food is FANTASTIC, and I just love the overall feel of the restaurant. If you’re looking for a great place to grab some breakfast, this place is a must.

We ordered crispy tacos and she brought out soft taco shells and said just be patient just be patient we’re busy I’ll bring it out hardshells in a few minutes. We were the only people in the restaurant. She brought out the hard shells later, and told us to assemble our own tacos.
