It should be easier to get all the round good soul food in the south. It’s not so easy in Atlanta as you think. The fried chicken was the best thing on the plate. The cornbread was the second best thing. It’s a great portion for the price, and it did taste somewhat country, very tall cornbread.

So first off Chattahoochee food is amazing, I went to Delilah’s and got the Southern Belle chicken sandwich ( I swear it was a whole piece of chicken ) and the Mac and cheese. Both were great and paired it with a strawberry lemonade.

This was my first time visiting Delilah’s Everyday Soul and I enjoyed my experience! The staff was very friendly and answered the two questions I had. The food (your entrée) is cooked to order so there will be a slight wait ( about 10-15 mins for my fish) so take time to browse the other spots, they have so much to offer and I would recommend claiming you a table if you plan on dining in, we went Sunday after 5pm and it was busy. The piece of fish I got was HUGE!! The Mac is really good and the greens were ok, I prefer cabbage over greens but that’s just my preference. I also got the strawberry lemonade and it was good too, I like how it’s kept cool and has no ice in it which prevents dilution and it keeps it’s flavor all day! I would definitely be returning and bringing my girlfriends!

Located in the Chattahoochee Food Network. The fried chicken and main cheese was on point. Pretty much how how you would imagine your grandma’s fried chicken and Mac n cheese. It was seasoned great, the chicken was fresh and moist. The Collard greens were just ok to me. I thought it was too bitter. I would have liked a little more vinegar to it. Overall, great experience.

The customer service is great. The food is fresh and hot. The chicken is cooked to order so don’t be in a hurry. While you wait walk around to check out the location. The chicken have a great taste with seasonings, macaroni and cheese is moist/cheesy, the collards are not my favorite but I ate them and the cornbread is good/moist. I would definitely recommend them. I’ll definitely be going back.

3 wing platter w. mac & collards was pretty good!! Chicken was fried to perfection and juicy. Mac was super deliciousssss. Collard greens fell short a bit (maybe just not my cup of tea). Lacked flavor imo. It is a bit pricey —about $27 for this one meal. Overall pretty quick service and good food.

I got the platter with the three wings. The macaroni was the best out of everything in it. It definitely isn’t anything special though, just regular tasting Mac and cheese. The chicken was very slimy inside. And I had several orders and all of the wings were that way. The greens weren’t bad and the cornbread was fine. Definitely not worth going back to. 2/12 stars
