How did you celebrate #NationalMeatballDay ? Well, these two meatballs ( @BigDudesBigFoods ) decided to make @DeliziaPizzaLedgewood our holiday destination. I had a #MeatballParm with #VodkaSauce and Joe had a meatball Parm platter, skipping the roll. We both got a side of #GarlicKnots because they yummy here. Monica really took care of us. THE DELIVERY TIME IS TRASH!!! If you’re ordering delivery, they’re going to take their sweet time getting it to your house. It took over 2 hours to get the food, the garlic bread was rock hard, they forgot food, and all of the food had condensation from it being cooled off. If you’re dining in, I would recommend that you go, but don’t hold your breath on delivery.

It took 90 minutes to get a cold pizza delivered when it was supposed to be here in 30-45 minutes. I called Slice customer service and they said they were sorry (gee thanks). Avoid Delizia and Slice if you want timely delivery.

When you are on the Hunt for The Best Slice of Pizza in NJ as part of the Pizza Hunters App, it may have been wise to skip the Pizzeria that offers a 99 cent slice of Pizza. This was not a good slice of pizza on any level. The slice itself was was way undercooked and you can taste the cheaper ingredients to offer a cheap slice. First slice I did not finish. I know there are many Delizia Pizza Kitchens in numerous towns. Not sure if the pizza will be different at other places? The place was clean and the lady at the counter was nice. Big room with a lot of seating. Maybe I caught them on a bad morning, but really didnt have a good pizza experience. Hate giving lower ratings, but looking for the best slice in NJ and cant recommend this one. I am sure the entrees are good, they have been around in Roxbury for many years.

Always well staffed and courteous service. The pizza is good if you order a pie…the $0.99 slices can be hit or miss, but show me another place selling$0.99 slices. I always stop for 1 or 2 if I’m in the area.

This was the first time I ordered from this Pizza place. I waited two hours to get my food, even tough I was quoted 45 min. on the online order form. I live less than 3 miles away. The pizza was cold, stiff as a board and and tasted like cardboard. Doubt if I would ever order again from them.

Normally I buy Carbonero at this restaurant. I have had nothing but great experiences with the food here! Just like mama used to make! Their pizza is outstanding and better than most pizzas around here. I have to drive a little further from my house to get it but it’s worth the trip. Those of you who gave bad reviews I suggest you try their food again because everybody has a bad day. I will admit though I have not seen a bad day at this restaurant! The people are courteous the service is fast and the food always taste great!
