Quiet place off the beaten path in Delano to have breakfast and lunch. Food is elevated rustic breakfast favorites from all over the US. Prices are good for what you get (in Vegas). Staff is very attentive. Would highly recommend to check it out.

Amazing breakfast! Contemporary atmosphere. Egg white omelet with chicken, mushrooms and feta was incredible. The mixed seasonal fruit was fresh! Good mimosas too! Hubby raved about the eggs benedict with house smoked carnitas. Victor our waiter was very attentive. A little pricey but worth it.

You could not go wrong with Dellas! We come hear for breakfast or brunch when are in Vegas. So far, we have been heard everyday since we landed 6/30/23. Had their bottomless orange juice mimosas at one of our visits and they are amazing, definitely a must try. If you want a good cup of Lavazza coffee this is the place to get it. Their croissants and cornbread are addicting! Make sure you try the huevos rancheros and add their pork carnitas! Their chicken and waffles is another dish that’s delicious. Also, their tuna tartine, it was fresh and very tasty. Their service is phenomenal, a shout out to Melissa for taking care of us on Thursday and Monday. Also, a shout out to Mario for excellent service on Saturday!

Let me tell you, the food was great. Chicken was crispy, well season, not too much breading and moist. The waffle was fluffy. I had the huevos ranchero, season good, not spicy, it had chicken, and the tostada was just right.

Sunday morning with Melissa as our server was perfect. We rushed over from our hotel to get Lemon Blueberry pancakes that my husband was dreaming about for some time only to find that their menu had changed. Apparently it does this regularly with the season, they were now strawberry cheesecake. They did not disappoint!!!

Had a great breakfast here when we stayed at Delano. It does not count toward the AMEX daily breakfast but charging it to the room will go towards your $100 resort credit. They serve a breakfast/lunch menu and have a nice selection of classic items as well as some twists on traditional breakfast staples. Our server was quick with coffee refills and everything we ordered was great. There was a 45 minute wait but we were able to give our number for them to text us when it was ready so we just walked over to the casino.
