Oxtails had big ol bones in them. Good meat on the bones but not much meat.

Any indication of authenticity or flavor is a misrepresentation. The plantains were undercooked and hard. The chicken was steamed and completely dried, yet soggy to the bone. The rice was hard in the middle and gritty on the outside. There was a sincere lack of seasoning and spice. The saving grace was the cabbage, though it was sitting in a pool of oil.

Smallest portions ever. The cabbage taste better than the rice. Too many bones not enough meat on oxtail it had the smallest amount of flavor. Got curry goat he over charged $40 not worth it. Whole family was dissappointed. And his restaurant was empty u can tell he not getting a lot of customers I don’t understand the small portions literally gave 2 pieces of plantains how is this guy business still open

These pictures are not the best because we started smashing before I remembered to take the shots . We got oxtail and curry goat dinners both spicy , pepper steak dinner, jerk shrimp and roti. Flavors were really good. My only negative is the amount of food, it seemed to not be much for a “large”.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Do not waste your money! I got the oxtails and I promise they were the smallest non meaty oxtails I’ve ever seen!the rice was bland and the cabbage was half cooked! I really had my mouth ready for some good food because I had it before..When I called to tell Her the portion size was underwhelming for $19 she just said “I gave you a medium plate..I should’ve known when the sign said no refunds!! Definitely lost a customer ..The customer service and food was terrible! And it makes it even worse that I tipped her ..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The Jamaican beef patties are amazing. Second time I had them they seem to have no meat in them. Like they skipped out on the filling. The ox tails was good and my favorite was the plantien. The waiting for your food can take a bit of time….so don’t bother waiting inside….there is no air-conditioning.

WOW. 10/10. I’ve been watching too many food reviews/travel documentaries in Jamaica and other parts of different countries. This food definitely is the closest to authentic Jamaican food that you’ll get. Very friendly atmosphere. You can tell the owner is doing what he loves. The food is never prepared carelessly. Expand your palate! The oxtail dinner is TOO good. And they even scoop a bit of the oxtail gravy on the beans and rice. Will be coming back to try the other dinners! Won’t stop until I’ve tried them all!!

Excellent Jamaican food! Jerk chicken, oxtails, curry shrimp – all fantastic. Don’t skip dessert because the peach cobbler is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly service, too.

I’m so mad I spent money on this. The jerk pork had tough meat, no flavor, not jerk remotely. It was sweet. The rice was definitely scorched. Small portions. I mean cabbage is cheap as hell, and you get a dollop of cabbage. The plantains were under ripe. I don’t see how the food I had was Jamaican food. Maaaan, I’m bummed.

My first time here… I tried the jerk chicken dinner which was very good. The proprietor Delphine is a jewel. I heard everyone in our party say they enjoyed their selections of oxtails, curry chicken & goat, jerk salmon etc. Oh… and those jamaican patties! The food is definitely authentic Caribbean inspired dishes prepared with the perfect blend of island spices and house sauces. There’s also a very nice selection of Jamaican drinks, Jamaican Ginger beer, Jamaican Sorrel etc.
