My husband and I did both wine flights (so we could try all of them)and we added the extra course. I have added pictures however they do not do their art justice. Thank you for am amazing night.

Demi was superb. Walking in you see a boutique bar, where the bartender will make you any drink you desire with your spirit of choice. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and LOVE their job. The courses were elegant, beautifully plated, complex, flavorful and vibrant. They use seasonal ingredients, most of which are locally sourced. The wine offerings are endless and the varieties are rare and thoughtful. The ambiance is part of the draw. The courses were just enough food as well. Highly recommend Demi for a special occasion, or just to spoil yourself!

Intimate 24-seat, chef table-style restaurant. 7-course tasting menu. Attentive staff without being overbearing. Interactive chefs who brought you each course and put thought into their seasonal dishes. Great atmosphere. I would highly recommend Demi to anyone looking for a classy meal in the twin cities.

When people say “treat yourself,” Demi should be one of those places that come to mind if you are in the twin city area. Much care and thought go into every detail of your reservation, and it indeed shows through to their guest. As a solo diner, when I initially went online to book, I was met with a small barrier, reservation spots start for parties of 2 and up. I could not allow that minor detail to stop me with all the raving recommendations to try this place. I called them, and they politely booked for a party of one. If your reservation is after sundown, the inconspicuous building can be hard to find if it is your 1st time. Once you make it past those doors, prepare to be amazed and lose count of how many blissful times “WOW” will come out. Each course tells a story, walking us through the experience and wisdom the culinary team has picked up along their career paths. It’s inevitable to notice the craftsmanship of their passion; this is true for both the food and the beverage side of this team. I opted to try the temperance pairings, as I enjoy exploring how creative the mixologist can get with NA beverages. There are no words to describe how amazed I was. In each course, the beverage pairing was perfect for the bite and left a smile on my face. With so much respect for the ingredients and methods used to bring everything together cohesively, I never once felt like I was missing out on something by going with the NA option.

Amazing staff. Great food and a unique experience. Enjoyed trying new things. I don’t care for seafood and told them ahead of time and they had a special tasting menu for me without seafood. Extraordinary cocktails. This tasting menu truly took my tastebuds on a ride. Definitely enough food for someone to be full at the end. We had more courses that aren’t pictured. From my understanding the tasting menu is ever changing. Will for sure be dreaming about some of the things i tasted here. Some things I didn’t care for, but there were so many things to try that it didn’t matter.
