This place was pretty okay. I thought the fish was great. The service was lovely. The edamame was terrible. Haha. I can’t quite give them five stars but I would definitely recommend the nigiri and rolls. It was a fantastic piece of salmon belly and the toro was really good as well. But the edamame was over cooked to the point where it was inedible. However I still recommend them I would just be cautious about what you order as an appetizer. I love the crispy avocado. They had a similar dish at the 9th door I used to get. I miss that haha. Anyway I recommend it but stick more to the sushi and less on the appetizer side if you don’t want to have a random disappointment.

This place serves the freshest and tastiest noodle and sushi rice bowls. We had Denma bowl and bulgogi beef . Fantastic!!! For appetizers tempura shrimp and Miso along with fried oysters. Delicious and our server Luna was as charming as her name. Such an authentic dining experience and friendly atmosphere. This is the second time we have stopped off in Castle Rock to have dinner here while traveling from Texas.

Think twice about coming here at dinner time. Wait staff was not prepared for a busy shift. The kitchen is really bad about timing apps, cooked vs cold meals. The food was fine, but nothing special. We can get much better service somewhere else.

Great place! The best tasting, well proportioned, most reasonably priced sushi that I have found in my area yet. The ramen was delicious as was their miso and the salmon teriyaki bowl was amazing! Portions are great here, service was fast and friendly. I cannot wait to go back! I wish that I lived closer so that I could go every week!

We are Indians and my husband really loves to try cuisines of different places. The spicy tonkotsu here is our go to dish. We tried the whole squid and that was also pretty decent. Staff is friendly. The service is quick. My favourite is the shrimp tempura rolls. Looking forward to visit again and try something else too.

Love Denma! Great portions and even better ramen! Very flavorful broth that actually doesn’t seem too salty! The amount of veggies and meat is just perfect! They have a great selection of appetizers as well! My favorite is the pork and kimchi gyoza and the kimchi ramen!

Their prices are about average for ramen, but the size of the bowl you get is pretty big. The kimchi ramen was not overly spicy and it came with a salad that had really good dressing on it. It was hard for me to resist to not like the salad bowl. The service was good and our server stayed on top of the drinks.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place is heaven. They offer sushi, Ramen, hot stone plates, poke bowls, rice bowls, sake, wine, Soju, Asian Beer and wine. On my first visit I tried the Pork Belly sliders. The best sliders I have ever tried, the soy pork belly with the pickled cucumber and scallions and the freshness of the spring mix complement each other harmoniously inside the freshest toasted slider bun. A plate definitely meant to be shared.
