Chesapeake’s best kept secret. Found this place today and fell in love with it. Soup, salad, 2 bacon grilled cheese sandwiches and a large plate of ziti with sausage, meatballs, peperoni and provolone. Wife and I couldn’t finish half of it and it only cost 35$. Staff was exilent, food was delicious and the place was perfect. I absolutely recommend and we will return.

This is a cute restaurant with a down-home feel. We went in for dinner and were greeted by our very friendly server. The food was delicious but our order didn’t come out all at the same time and my husband’s dish was completely wrong so it took even longer. By the time his dish came, everyone else was just about finished. It was obvious the server was new and probably not used to being a waitress. When my husband mentioned to whoever he was paying that it would have been a better experience if our food all came out together, the guy got annoyed and just said that our server was new. The food was very good though. Based on the server, I’d still go back but the other guy’s attitude was uncalled for.

It was a good experience overall. We came in an hour before it closed. It’s an old school restaurant and the owner is by the entrance chatting with friends. My friend and I came in and informed to sit wherever we want. Our server was with us a minute after we were seated. She was great and make sure we were taken cared of.

Customer service was poor. Didn’t check on us at the table at all. Had to go-to front desk to get someone to take order. Found a dead fly in the Salt shaker. No turkey products. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Dated and old atmosphere.

I am a regular customer. I the food and they treat my family and I wonderful. Soup is always good. I had pepper steak and rice.. sweet tea and soup!! My daughter got the Bake lasagna … we definitely had leftovers.
