Great Denny’s on SR 52/I-75 exit 285, San Antonio, FL! We both had their BLT + E sandwich and they were delicious. Fries were wimpy not crispy but the sandwiches made up for them! Will ask for the fries Crispy next time. Our waitperson was Tracy C and she was excellent, a real gem! Great suggestions, coffees refilled fast and just a real asset to this Denny’s. Highly recommend the restaurant and Tracy as your server!

We wanted to love this place as have been coming Denny’s for years since we started to visit Florida back in the 80’s but it just wasn’t up to scratch. The service and welcome was second to none, really friendly and seated us all immediately. Order was taken promptly, drinks received quickly and then we waited and waited – the food just took so long and when it arrived it wasn’t the best. Everything was over cooked, now I’m not expecting gourmet style food from Denny’s but the salmon was so thin and dry it was almost like a cracker! Disappointing as the food just didn’t match the great welcome.

This is my last review regarding Dennys I m done eating at this place service was pretty good but the food wasn’t good salad barely look and taste fresh eggs and hash browns pretty cold and the steak was questionable for what i just spend the food is supposed to be fresher and better quality

Food was amazing! Service was horrible. We went at like 10:15pm on a Friday night. Place had 1 person. We waited and waited to be seated. Should of left then but didn’t. We got sat and got left. Then. About 10 mins later we finally got someone to take a drink order. Food was out pretty quick and it was delicious! We got 1 refill drink and that was it! No nothing else. I didn’t finish half my food so we waited and waited because I wanted a to-go box for all the food that was left. After waiting and waiting we just cleaned up our table for the waitress, paid, tipped, and left. Will absolutely NOT be going back. We should of went to Waffle House instead.

I ordered the chicken-fried steak.. with 1 piece of meat. I didn’t take any pictures but the scoop of potatoes was half the size of this should have been. The garlic bread tasted like it has been laid out side for 3 days. I think they can do a better job and in customer service, waitressing and food prep. They’re nice polite here that doesn’t make up for the cost. Waitress never came and seen has the check on us. A disappointing experience. I would still recommend this place. Just make sure if not happy with the presentation of the plate, tell them to fix

The toast was cold as you can see in the picture with butter next to it as if you wanted to put butter on the bacon was undercooked one bathroom is open for the whole truck stop outside of showers due to remodeling

They are short staffed, so the wait is long. Which would be fine with me, as long as the food wasn’t over cooked (probably cooked too fast or not paying attention due to the influx of customers), and didn’t get my order wrong. The waiters are nice.
