The vegetables are not fresh. I ordered hot water, but the waiter gave me ice water. The hash browns I asked for were actually black. There are many small flying insects flying on the table. The waiter was very unhappy. The restaurant has a strong smell of oil fume, there is a lot of dust inside the chairs against the wall, and the table is very greasy, which is different from my previous impression. Denny’s, I will never come back.

Food was ok, service would have been better but our server was doing everything. She was hostes, server, and clean up. She was polite took our order correctly and brought it to us correctly.but it took a while to get our food. The atmosphere was not good. The floor was sticky as soon as you walked in the door. Knats were flying around our heads and food the whole time and the music that was playing was rap music

Still waiting for our food we have been here for 45 min waiting on food. The service is horrible my daughter ordered a sprite the first sprite was flat and the replacement she was brought water. I still haven’t gotten a straw. The children with us are starving they have already been brought gold fish twice. We want our food!!. The service has been subpar. Ah the waitress finally spoke to us 38 min later. The atmosphere was not good. The flies attacked us while we waited. The walls are dirty and dingy. The tables were so sticky on the underside that we didn’t even want the youngest child sitting in the highchair booster seat. My god has it ever been cleaned.

Although the food was good, the bathroom smelled terrible, and the smell was in the lobby. The floors were really sticky. The service was good, but we waited quite a bit to have someone check us out. The restaurant was slow, about 4 to 5 tables. The staff spent a lot of time talking to each other and not paying attention. Personally, we won’t be going again.

They were out of most sodas and hamburgers (our waitress said hamburgers, not ground beef). The couple behind us said, they were there for breakfast a few days before and they were completely out of bread and bacon. Our waitress was very sweet but it seemed like it was her first order as a waitress and the other 2 waitresses didn’t want to help her. The other 2 waitresses kept running to the back, to laugh and joke with the staff back there. In fact, there were a few of us waiting for at least 10 minutes to get seated. The place was dirty.

Something is not right at this Denny’s. Very slow service (almost 30 minutes to order) and expensive (start at $3.49 for a cup of coffee). Average breakfast cost per person in our group was $17 and food quality/taste was not impressive. Maybe today ( Sunday at 9:30 am) was a bad day? Not everyone showed up for work? New cook? This is not the Denny’s I grew up with. We won’t be back.

I’ve been going to the Denny’s (in Clarksville Indiana) for most of my adult life (I’m 60) and I’ve seen my full share of pitiful management but this location is almost like well you be the judge. Your experience will certainly be different from ours. Oh we now have to drive a bit to get there, about a half hour.

The last 3 times I’ve been I’ve had bad experiences I got a huge hair on my plate and they changed it but it wasn’t the same as I had asked for, they gave me extra bacon instead of sausage without asking me if I wanted that option and he I don’t like bacon, a waitress doesn’t seem to like us and she only went once to take the order and never asked if we needed anything else, this last time we went on Sunday and it took them 45 minutes to bring the food and the pancakes They were poorly made, very small, misshapen and white, full of rubbish left over from other meals. The waiter treated us very well, but in the kitchen they are fatal. They finished doing something to improve because I am already discarding it from my favorites. I used to love having breakfast at this place. restaurant.

We don’t have Dennys in Lexington, so while in Louisville, my husband and I decided to eat here. Delicious food. We ate dinner and breakfast the following day. The customer service was exceptional. We will go back next time we are in Louisville
