This Is Not The Ham that’s Supposed to Come With The Lumberjack Breakfast Platter because it’s just thin sliced lunchmeat and not A Real Piece of Ham. Flies was bothering Us during our entire time. We had to wait for the Food to Come out before our waitress would Offer anymore Coffee…. Only seen her once right after we was out of the coffee, taking another order and never even looked at Me or my Husband. And we thought that it since it wasn’t busy we would have a good experience. But No, not when you forget about the Customer service, common curtiousey and give you Fake HAM!!!! Very Disappointed that we had to pay for fried lunchmeat and service was bad.

Stopped there with church group at 0800. Twenty people. Waitress was visibly upset that we were there. Everyone was well behaved. We were there for 30 minutes and half of us had not even had our drink orders taken. There were only 4 other people in the place. She began taking orders for one table and was very hateful with one of the ten year old children. This upset me to nearly leaving but I was with a group. After waiting another ten minutes the pastor asked if we were overwhelming them and she said it would be at least an hour for them to cook the food we ordered. Seeing that we had already been there for over thirty minutes and only half of us had drinks, we decided to pay for our drinks and take our business next door to Wendy’s. Very slow, very rude, very unapologetic, very lazy. Worst experience at a restaurant ever. I would rather eat stale pretzels my kids dropped between the seats of the car months ago than eat here for free.

Took friends to this restaurant while on a road trip. Arrived about 4:30 in the evening. Restaurant was not clean but not really dirty, restroom were in poor condition due to lack of supplies. Staff was in very short supply only two people working that I saw and that includes the cook, since there were only two tables occupied this should not have been a problem. Service was slow from the waiter and questions asked could not be answered by him, I tried to buy a special gift card advertised on the table and he didn’t know about it and didn’t want to find out about it.. When the food arrived It was cold, and improperly prepared. Bill was figured wrong and no one seemed to care about any thing that was going on in the restaurant. This was a HORRIBLE experence in dinning out. I would recommend going some where else.

This Denny’s is poor in quality of service and food . Had to wait for the table to be washed off then waited for toast 13 minutes to be delivered to my table after sitting in the window and my wife and me were the only ones in the restaurant. Served the wrong food and had to have a server that just came in to work to correct problem. Had to ask for coffee still being the only customers at the time.

Bad. Honestly. First of all the hostess completely ignored us coming in, but she attended the couple behind us, it was all down hill from there. She clearly saw us when she was seating the other couple ignoring us, brought them drinks, ignoring us. We had to ask for menus and for someone to take our order. We ordered drinks but minutes passed and we didn’t have drinks yet. Again had to go back and see what was happening. The couple who came after us already had received their food. Yet we didn’t have drinks yet. We were thinking about leaving when the manager came and finally we received our drinks and got to order food. The food was good though.

Horrible Service. Workers were rude. Hamburger was cold. “Toast” is just bread with butter on it. Took over an hour to get appetizer. Fryer was broken so over half of their menu was useless. Definitely would not recommend going there. Only gave them one star because I couldn’t give them no stars.

First we came in no one offered to hand us a kids menu, after that it took two different people to get our drinks. About 10 mins later they came back to ask us what we had order to drink, I was worried they forgot my order. 25 mins after sitting inside they came to ask us if we even ordered. the best part after waiting an hour for my scrappy food was they took my bill off lol.

The waitress is brain dead and blind. I think she needs new glasses. Couldn’t see a cup on the table. Ordered milk, she brought me coke. Must be deaf too. Geez Dennys, hire some better help. People love good customer service. Let’s see how it goes when we get our food. She’ll probaby spit in it.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. When we walked in there were no clean tables, I had to ask the waitress to clean the table after we were seated. There was something floating in one of our drinks, and the 2 rounds of silverware we went through all had bits of food still stuck to them.

The place looks cool from the outside but small inside. The waitress was a big old fat woman leaning against our chair coughing on us. She never gave me my water that i asked for and they never had stuff to make my strawberry smoothie and strawberry lemonade. So i settled for a strawberry shake and she brought it out with napkins wrapped around the glass because she spilled all over it. Windows are nasty dirty. Ordered a bacon avocado ceaser salad and it came without the bacon and avocados and with honey mustard dressing! Food was all cold when it arrived. I enjoy Dennys normally but this was extremely undesirable!
