So service was nonexistent. Waited 45 min for this (see pics). I ordered the Santa Fe breakfast skillet. I got something that isn’t on the menu. It’s like what I ordered just burnt and add broccoli. Also I ordered a side of biscuits and gravy. I got a hockey puck with sausage chunks and what looks like milk.

I was going to let my horrible experience slide because the waitress was really nice but on the way out the female manager with the red and black hair was sooo rude to not only us but the nice waitress that now I’m coming for her job. Oh and the health inspector has already been called. This place was filthy I mean piles of sweepings left in the middle of the floor like they kind of swept but forgot to get the dust pan, the food was all undercooked I’m talking salmonella status, the syrup bottle was so disgusting that I didn’t even touch it or use it, and that manager was just a straight up witch. Rolling her eyes at us poor truckers who sacrifice being away from home to keep america running and treating us like a nuisance when we asked for the truckers discount that THEY OFFER. She verbally and emotionally abused her staff right in front of me.

By far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Both plates came out wrong – and not a little wrong. Completely not what we ordered. The poor waitress was so frazzled that after we told her she just never came back. I would have went ahead and ate it but the black things on the pancakes look too suspicious. If you order toast and it comes out as buttered bread, you know there’s something suspicious going on in the kitchen lol.

This is got to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had. My family and I had a party of six, we waited over an hour and 15 minutes for a table when there were only three tables in the entire restaurant that had guests. Once we were seated, the server messed up our drink orders twice. She came back to take our orders, 10 minutes ago by she comes back to inform us that she forgot which sides we all ordered, even though she wrote them all down. She then comes back and tells us she forgot to put the orders in and brought a drink back as a refill and there was a gnat floating on top of the ice. This was absolutely unacceptable. We waited around so long because my uncle has been wanting to dine here for quite some time. Never again! We kept giving our server chance after chance, but the bug in the drink was the final straw. We left.

I walked in told I was gonna be seated by a male employee a woman walked up and said she has to shut down for 30 mins, but I guess it was an issue cause I was the only black person in here, while other people was being seated

Horrible. Worst experience ever at a Denny’s and have been to locations through out the US. Husband a trucker entered this location today 7/12/2023 at about 7 pm. Was told he would have to wait half an hour for any service. The reason was because they had to many online orders. He stated they come before walk in customers? They said yup. He became angered and told them that was absurd. Words were exchanged. And they refused him service. Absolutely horrible. Since when did laziness take over and since when is a customer made to wait 30 minutes before any service. This location deserves 0 stars
