On top of having to wait over 40 mins for my order due to online orders taking priority, according to the manager Roberto making the food & the waitress I had, the Moons Over my Hammy sandwich only comes with 1 this slice of ham, see pic. Waitress claimed the marketing dept was to blame for the menu pics. I’ve ordered this sandwich for years, probably 100+ times & NEVER had it come out like this!! Ham is sole reason for the name of sandwich lmao! This location is going downhill fast & will lose loyal customers with this attitude!!!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. All the staff is great and so kind. Specially our server Ariel! She’s super sweet and efficient. It’s a huge plus that now they started giving the coffee pods at the table. for someone like me and my family, who loves the coffee from here, this is a huge benefit.

The food was fine, the service though was meh. Our waitress was great, except we weren’t checked in on, so we had to go ask someone for ordered items that never came. I approached two employees that were talking and they seem to act like they didn’t see me (I gave them a few moments) so then I had to speak over them to get there attention. Then they seemed annoyed that I interrupted them.

I love coming here! Super chill atmosphere and a wide selection of food that’s great for picky eaters like myself! I went earlier and was served was Jocelyn. She was super kind and made sure to check up on us consistently. I would recommend their grand slam breakfast, which lets you pair options of breakfast items. Will be back!

At the Thornton location, I love how they did a wonderful job on renovating the place. It looks nice! The food is tasty and reasonable. Love the atmosphere! The music playing in the background gives the place flare. The air conditioning is refreshing, especially when it’s a hot day. The service is awesome! We really appreciate having Paul as our server! He is wonderful ! We will continue to go back to Denny’s.

We ended up going here because Village Inn was closed. Our server, Paul was on top of things bety attentivve but not over bearing. The food was excellent. I had the Lumberjack Slam, hubby had the Southwestern Benny both were excellent.

Every thing was terrible. Extremely short staffed. Had to wait to be seated because not enough staff. There was one cook a hostess and only one waiter that we saw. Waited a hour for food to come out and the salad was one of the warmest meals we got. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken with country gravy and mashed potatoes. The gravy was so thick I couldn’t tell the difference between it and the mashed potatoes. The steak was ordered medium well it came out well done. The salad came out and the cheese was drying out and the oils from it were separating. The thousand island dressing looked like nacho cheese. We asked for French fries as a substitution for hashbrowns and hashbrowns came out with the meal. They did give us a discount on our meal. Not sure about the food but I believe things would be much better if they were better staffed.
