The restaurant is nice and our waitress was super sweet and attentive. There were only two other tables occupied when we arrived and lots of staff. We ordered their basic grand slam breakfast. They brought our eggs and bacon and said it would be a minute before our pancakes came out because they forgot them. The eggs and bacon were cold and the eggs were very watery and greasy. I ordered over easy, but this was kind of weird. Our pancakes came out hot and were nice and fluffy, but a little weird looking. Maybe they were training a new cook. The waitress offered to bring us new eggs but we were on a schedule and didn’t have time. Like I said, the service was great, the restaurant clean and comfortable, but their food needs a little work.

**My number one motivation in writing a detailed review is hoping the owners or powers that be can get this place back on track!!! Please!** We went the first week it opened. Amazing. Even with the crowds we got seated earlier than expected. Food was amazing, service was amazing. We were so excited to have a great Denny’s in town. Our kids love it. One restaurant we can all go to and everyone is happy. We go again tonight and the first red flag was no one even knew who the hostess was. It’s half full. Not too busy. We get seated and it takes 25 minutes for a waiter to even see us. The manager, Joseph I believe it was, is chatting with one customer at the counter. Very young boys are scurrying around with looks like deer in headlights. We get asked if we’ve been helped by some of these young boys and even have to ask again before we get a waiter. He was super super nice and apologetic. They had changed the waiter assignments and hasn’t told him he had new tables. He takes our order, gets us drinks quick. And the. We wait. My husband starts pointing out how long others have been waiting before us. And we wait. And wait. You hear chatter, short staffed, so and so is coming in. Manager just keeps staring at the screen with orders. Trying to look helpful? Idk. People start getting up to leave without ever getting food. I’ve never seen that happen before. A stressed young waiter goes up to inquire of his orders and gets told they have been bumped again, he puts his head down in despair. He has two more family’s just leave. The manager tells him he’s a “wuss. Go talk to your tables. That’s pathetic” I was so mad! We ask our kids if they want to leave. They refuse. Apologies from our kind waiter again. They offer a free shake but we’re worried if we take that, how long will that take and then whatever food being worked on for others will be delayed further! We finally get food. Probably sped up by all the people who left. Several things are missing but again, this whole place feels like it’s barely hanging on, I’m not pushing it over the edge. My hash browns were, terrible. Floppy, half burnt butter half barely cooked.

The food is really good but man the service bro. My mom ordered a food item and the waitress messed it up. Honest mistake, we are all human. When she brought the food to us, we noticed my moms food was wrong. The waitress never came back. She was new, new jobs are hard. My mom was nice and just eat what she got. later we found out it cost more money. We told another person to help us out about the price change. He was super great also brought us water. Promote this boy! He had to get the manager and to our surprise they didn’t give us the price that we had ordered. We didn’t want a free meal just 4 dollars off. Some peoples children. Their mistake but we had to eat the cost. I write this review in hope this management changes their ways because the food was good. May peace and love be with you.

The place was packed and we still got seated fast. They got our orders to us quickly, and they were very sure to give us all we needed. The food was good and I don’t feel like it was expensive! So excited to have 24hr service

The staff was very nice. They were doing their best to seat everyone. The restaurant was pretty empty with a lot of people waiting, and a lot of people working behind the counter. I’m assuming they’re still all training. When we were seated after waiting 30 minutes (we were aware it would take a while), we were served immediately. Very nice staff. Our food didn’t take too long, but it was cold. I had a ham egg and cheese melt, and my husband ordered the Brisket mac&cheese, with onion rings. You notice there’s no onion rings, so they substituted with fries. Well, we could have been warned, especially for the price. Oh well, my husband decided to give it a go and couldn’t even eat one fry. It was chewy and old. The Brisket “burnt ends” were pieces of charcoal. I got black dust on my fingers from touching them. Someone is going to get sick eating something like that. And there was maybe ¼ cup of macaroni noodles on that Skillet. Very interesting. We totally understand that staff need time to train. We totally understand how menu pictures are not what we expect to be served. But this was like a totally different ballpark. This was a disaster. The waitress did her best to try and make up for it but my husband just wanted to leave (not her fault, he had a hard day and this just topped it off). We had our toddler with us who eats free on Tuesdays. She took 2 bites of her pancakes but ate her entire banana slices side. The pancakes were the anniversary special pancakes topped with something like cake batter. They weren’t bad, but they were not good. Other than being cold and the cheese not melted on my sandwich “melt”, it wasn’t terrible either. I was really hungry so I ate it.

Since we arrived and they sat us, they only took us the menu but they did not give us silverwear, we ordered 4 meals, a hamburger that was somewhat salty, a macaroni for my child and I had to go ask for a spoon or something so that he could eat it and two sirloin steaks medium course, the waitress informed us that the steaks were frozen that we would have to wait about 40 minutes, (my daughter really wanted it), so while she arrived she asked for an apptizer, after 20 minutes the steak arrives and after 20 more minutes the entrance arrives and we had to ask for the silverwear (they looked like they came out of the dishwasher with a lot of scale), the steaks were overcooked and the mashed potatoes had a strange bitter taste, I commented to the waitress who was very kind by the way , and she tells the manager and sends us to say that in order to change or cook it longer, we shouldn’t have touched the food (so how would we know how it tastes or how it is if we shouldn’t touch it ), so we just I ate the vegetables and we went to pay, I think we will not return to this place. (I took a photo of my recently arrived plate)

Listen to all the other reviews.. this place really is BAD. Hashbrowns were swimming in grease. My whole plate had a puddle of grease. Sausage was VERY pink inside. We had to go up the front after like 15 minutes because our waiter never came around. They said “oh that is way more pink than normal” and gave us two new ones which were just as pink. Never got a refill of drinks. Waiter was just a young kid, who was nice but not service oriented. Floors are super dirty. I don’t think I will ever desire to go back.

Shoutout to Caleb for being so nice and concerned about getting us taken care of. These employees are YOUNG. The food was what I expected for Denny’s. Pretty good for what it is. I would come again at 3am on no sleep haha
