Your basic Denny’s. Told the server there was hair on the table and she said “oh it’s mine” and wiped it off with her hand. Smelled like she had hot boxed a pack of Basics in her car prior to her shift. But the food was fast and had that Denny’s flair for diner fare. Just had to put said hair out of mind and chew.

This Denny’s has a good vibe with friendly staff. The food is prepared fresh and they did not mess up the order. Good choice of music. The temperature and taste of the food was good. The portion sizes of the food that was served was good. The waitress Tracy was on top of keeping the drinks and keeping us up to date with the status of the food for our table.

8/14/2023 Husband and I decided to do a breakfast break. He really enjoyed his BLT & Iced Tea. I enjoyed by Benny’s Benedict on a Gluten Free English Muffin. Service was Awesome, Thanks Christina!! She and cook were very thoughtful and respectful of my dietary restricttions.

It was a really hot day and wasn’t feeling too well, I decided to take it easy an stop in Dennys to get some food and drink. Instantly greeted by Zachary (Zack) and was sat almost instantly. We had lunch here the other day. Our server, Christina, was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, food came out fast and was great. She was on point with everything. We never had to ask for anything. Even though she was really busy, she still always had a smile on her face and took time at each table to ensure all guests were happy and taken care of. Denny’s on Carefree Hwy. In North Phoenix is by far the worst. Waitress asked me if I wanted coffee, I said yes. 12 minutes later I had to get up and go find her asking where my coffee was. It than took another 7 minutes for her getting it to me and not much different with my food order. The restaurant has a foul sewer smell and the washrooms are discussing. They have had these problems ongoing for years now and just don’t do anything about it. I would recommend not visiting this location.
