Bad service, order was wrong, food was made wrong. Couldn’t get refills on our drinks. Won’t be going back. Even though we live locally I’d rather drive to gallup. Everything has gone down hill. Waited over an hour for our food to come out. I know how the food should be, I opened this dennys and worked at both gallup locations. It took 30 minutes to get our drink order out and it wasn’t bought out by by our original server.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch here yesterday, June 14th. We were seated promptly, and our server came shortly after we were seated. She took our orders and my wife asked for sirloin steak extra rare. I repeated it “She means blood rare. ” Forty minutes later she brings my wife’s plate and advised my country-Fried steak was still bring prepared. My wife cut into her steak, well done like on old shoe leather. Three minutes later I finally caught the server and asked her to look at the steak and tell me if it looked rare. I asked for the manager. I told him we were not going pay. He offered to give her another. We declined- did not want to wait another 30 minutes sine we were on a road trip.

Just came in today July 6, for lunch being sat down promptly, order taken, asked for grilled cheese and soup of the day, I sat there over 30 minutes later, barely given my grilled cheese sandwich without the soup and she just said “the soup is still cooking”, I waited again for almost 30 minutes, still waiting for my soup! People that showed up after me were being served and eating!! Poor service “I say!” Don’t deserve 1 star even, but that’s the only way I can do a review!

I would like to compliment the cooks today. We had the amazing service from Ronnie, Preston, & Steve. The food was Delicious and on point. The presentation of the food was clean & perfectly portioned. We had the privilege of Kimberly being our server. She kept our drinks full and checked on us periodically. Kimberly demonstrated exemplary customer service. I’m in awe over our service because times before, our service wasn’t so great.

Updated review, they have gotten better since my visit in September. The food is always ready in the time frame that the hostess gives you. But always make sure you check your bag before you leave, they always and consistently forget your extra condiments such as extra ranch, which you are charged for. As a former 10yr+, 5 diamond Denny’s cook, this place does a good job, even when they short handed.

Drove from Gallup just to dine in. 1st time here, everything was great. We were greeted & seated immediately, our server was very attentive, food was fresh, & restaurant was clean. It was different seeing the employees working instead of standing around. Much better than Gallup locations

Stopped here with 5 other coworkers. We had a blast, our server was top notch and attentive. She even prepared “to-go” beverages for us. She was witty and made this experience very nice. Would recommend.
