Bruh every time we come here we are left standing in the front being told someone will be right with you. Until we finally get the picture and seat ourselves then the waitress or waiter’s just walk around slowly like we aren’t even here. Then the manager/ cook whatever he is comes out and ask everyone in the restaurant if they need anything and walks straight past us. Horrible service and it’s really is like this every time. We won’t be back.

Denny’s is a coffee shop/diner. In that category, Denny’s is excellent on all counts. Food is inventive and good. Service is fast. And even when it is crowded, the wait staff, bussers, cooks, and cashiers do their very best to keep up with the crowd.

The food is good and the service was not very okay this time around. I’m actually pretty miffed. Everybody is usually pretty nice but my waitress was really pushy. I was sipping some lemonade after I had finished an appetizer and out of nowhere she brought me the check. Like what the heck I’m clearly not finished! Then I ordered a bacon avocado burger but then she gave it to me in a box, which I didn’t ask for. Also I ordered it with turkey bacon as I don’t eat pork for religious reasons but I got home I noticed there was pork bacon. I was too tired to go back but I’m really disappointed. At least the other waiters were cool but she really ruined my already bad night.

I was on a quick lunch with my AD, and there wasn’t enough staff for the volume of customers. I run a business across the street and understand the challenge to balance payroll.. However, whenever my wife and I visit Denny’s outside of a 25-mile radius out of home, quality of service is never an issue.

Got great service! Love that it’s open 24/7. If I were a student, this would be a great place to come study. They also had security during the nighttime when I came to eat at 1 or 2am. Overall, don’t hesitate to come. Lovely people and great service.

Great Customer Service even when short in staff, The Managers. Host and Staff always stay calm , kind and respectful even when customers have attitude. This is still My favorite Dennys to go to and they just hired new staff and I pray that God continues to Bless them always.

I went there with my sister on Saturday and I have to say that I was surprised that customer service still does exists (because it doesn’t at many places). The server talia noticed we were a bit chilly so she offered to move our table where is was less cold and her service was like VIP service. She is very attentive and sweet I really think this woman is the face of great customer service and she deserves more than a raise she needs to be promoted to like a manager or something so that she can teach her ways to the rest of the staff not saying there’s anything wrong with them but damn she is GOOD. I really hope they consider taking care of Talia because she’s taking care of everybody but who’s going to take care of her? Denny’s I hope you consider keeping this woman on a pedestal because like I said customer service is dead nowadays. Let me not forget to mention the food the food tasted great I even took my leftovers home. Overall experience I would rate 10000/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to this same location a week ago during the day shift at lunch time and it was a lot busier than it was tonight and our server Amber was AMAZING!!!! The food was ok and we had a good experience! However tonight I visited the same location and with my children and not only was the service incredibly horrible but the food was so off I had to send mine back. First after sitting over 10 after we were seated, they came to take our order. After taking our order it took the waitress almost 20 minutes just to bring our drinks, and may I add I had to remind them before they did so! My kids ordered their food and I had to remind them to bring my daughter her pancakes. I ordered a steak and asked for garlic bread and brown gravy. The young lady
