The chef doesn’t know what he’s doing. The food is burnt and we don’t get the full orders. I ordered a to go order. I ordered egg omelet meals and both meals didn’t have the pancakes. My daughters chicken strips were burnt and the red potatoes for our omelettes were black. The manager took 10 minutes to get on the phone.

Wish I could give this lower than a star, it isn’t even worthy of 1 star. I had placed an online order, once I arrived at the diner, I was told that the order wasn’t made. I was then told to wait a while, while they made the order, then proceeded to wait an additional half hour on top of the hour and a half I had already waited. They return back to me and said they didn’t have the ingredients to complete the salad I had ordered, and was given the order as is. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and will not be returning back. Thank you for taking my time and money!

The food was good I ordered fried chicken dinner. It was yummy. A bit to much cheese for me but delightful. My server was Jessie she was a very positive person. All around good service from her! She made sure we got all our needs. The prices weren’t bad either.

Great staff and food. My server Sophia was very kind and made sure we were comfortable and that our order was correct. She even kept us updated on our order. This is a new restaurant that just opened today 06/28/23 so yes it was busy and there was a wait but that is no reason why they should be getting bad reviews already They went above and beyond as new staff and as a new restaurant. No complaints at all.

They took over an hour for our orders to come out when they were not busy, waiter also forgot to put in part of our order, and had to wait by then we just got it to go, felt bad my wife had to sit there and wait for her food. Manger was rude, had to have her called by the cashier, we just wanted her to be aware of what was going on, but she seem upset we interrupted her from whatever she was doing in her office. I understand the Staff and the place is new, but they need better management to guide the staff and make sure orders are coming out flawlessly.

I had a good experience at this newly opened location. The servers are young and ensured that they were taking down my families order correctly. Overall it was a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The service was a bit slow but that’s expected, since the establishment just opened with new hires. What I did notice, and it’s unfortunate, is the customers present during my families meal, seemed very rude and continously hassled the servers due to the time it took to get there food. I highly recommend this Dennys but If you can’t wait for your food to be prepared, do the community a favor and stay home to cook your own meal. To those who choose to go, be mindful of the young employees, give them time to figure out a routine that works best. And to the employees, keep up the good work

Funny how people are so quick to leave bad reviews for completely new staff and a restaurant that just opened TODAY! The service and staff was Excellent. Our server Miguel was so kind and attentive. Our food was made well and was given correctly. The staff always made sure to check in to give us updates and to make sure everything is okay. We have no complaints. Of course it was busy due to it being a new restaurants grand opening in town so I am not upset that it took a while. The staff are all new and are learning how to deal with everything. I am sure they will all get the hang of it soon. The atmosphere was great as well and there is lots of parking available. People cannot be understanding at all. Smh. Great restaurant and staff! will be coming back as a regular. Keep up the great work dennys!
