Like most good stories, ours begins at the bar. First, there were drinks. The drinks led to pizza. But a big night of drinks and pizza often leads to biscuits in the morning. Not your average biscuits. Biscuits fit for their own brand, their own experience. Then came the people. Lots of them.
Much like the mashup of sci-fi and westerns, Atomic Cowboy is a cultural mashup of ideas & experiences, food & drink, late night & early morning, North & South, soft-serve & hard liquor. For misfits, outlaws and those looking to pair their good times with really, really good food. We don’t ever put labels or restrictions on who we are or what we offer, because truth be gold, outlaws don’t care much for rules.

First time visiting today and we will be back and often. Staff was SO kind and friendly. The photos of the food online looked amazing but everything was even better in person. DELICIOUS, and the presentation was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Literally was on my way to Denver to visit the Denver Biscuit Company. With a quick Google search I had no idea there was one right here in Missouri. I ordered the sully fries top with fried chicken an sunny side egg and mushroom gravy. Can you say Yum Yum! I sat at the bar and received the most spectacular service all the way up to management. Great vibes! There’s definitely plenty of seating at this location.

We went in the afternoon, host service was wonderful, and our server was great, I’m giving the 4 stars and not 5 due to parking is limited and how long it took us to be served, Not really our waitresses fault, I believe it was due to lack of staff. Other than that, food was amazing. Price was right for amount of food. Really nothing else to complain about. I’m sure with the right amount of staff in the restaurant, it runs smoothly.

We were in the Westport District and wanted to grab some breakfast. Went to Denver Biscuit – a full service restaurant. Service was good. The breakfast was very tasty and well worth the cost. Biscuits were very fluffy, great texture and held up with the chicken inside. Perfect.

Wanted to go here in Denver but couldn’t make it in time so I went to the one in KC. I ordered the Franklin which is a sandwich with Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Tender Belly Bacon, Cheddar Cheese Smother in gravy. The waitress suggested I do Half Sausage Gravy and Half Vegetarian Mushroom Gravy so I ordered that. I also ordered a side of Waffle Fries with Ranch because it sounded pretty good. For a drink I got a coffee and a shot of Baileys with it. It was cool because the coffee was self serve and you can add your own cream and sugar to it. The Franklin was super good, the biscuit was massive but I definitely would have liked more gravy as I am a huge sauce guy. I also ordered a Bacon Cinnamon Roll and Biscuits and Gravy to go. Overall great place and the server was nice.

Denver Biscuit doesn’t miss! If you want a hearty brunch with reasonable prices, and good drinks, this is your spot! The pictures attached are from 3 different visits, and I was pleased with each menu item. The staff is always efficient, even when they are extremely packed. The only draw back is lack of parking, but it’s Westport, so that’s to be expected!

This place was absolutely amazing. Really fun atmosphere and really good food. The service was great. Everyone was so nice. They made suggestions for how to make things better (upgrade to French toast biscuit!). I would highly recommend for any time Of the day (we went for breakfast but someone had a piece of pizza and it looked amazing!).

MUST try. Our server Jamie was so quick and helpful with our choices! Food was otherworldly! We had plenty to take home. Get the Franklin nashville hot for savory or the French toast biscuit for sweet. Best breakfast in kc.
