Like most good stories, ours begins at the bar. First, there were drinks. The drinks led to pizza. But a big night of drinks and pizza often leads to biscuits in the morning. Not your average biscuits. Biscuits fit for their own brand, their own experience. Then came the people. Lots of them.
Much like the mashup of sci-fi and westerns, Atomic Cowboy is a cultural mashup of ideas & experiences, food & drink, late night & early morning, North & South, soft-serve & hard liquor. For misfits, outlaws and those looking to pair their good times with really, really good food. We don’t ever put labels or restrictions on who we are or what we offer, because truth be gold, outlaws don’t care much for rules.

Denver Biscuit Company never disappoints. This was our first time at this location, but we’re longtime customers to a couple of the other locations. Everything is delicious, but this time I tried the chicken pot pie biscuit. It was amazing! Their coffee is always great, and of course we got a giant cinnamon roll to go. If you’re anywhere near here, this is a MUST stop.

Amazing place that we first heard about from Triple D. Did not disappoint. First thing you do…order a cinnamon biscuit before they run out. The shrimp and grits in a biscuit bowl was incredible. I had the Franklin, which was delightful, but too much to finish. Just go…trust me.

Oh my goodness! It was a divine culinary experience in all the right ways! Just enough hipster to have oat milk for your coffee (at a coffee bar with mismatched mugs… Nice touch!) while being just enough comfort food to feel like you weren’t being judged by the wait staff or other patrons for what you were eating. Speaking of the wait staff, they were authentically friendly and helpful. Eating here was a good life decision.

OH MY GOODNESS!! The food is so good it makes you happy, lol. We ordered The Tomahawk, The Beeler Spicy Chicken Biscuit with Fries, The Franklin with sausage gravy and bacon with fries for my baby girl. And lastly, Biscuit French Toast bc I LOVE French toast.

The ultimate comfort food. Let me start by saying that we do not like biscuits much. we always find it heavy and greasy and too crumbly for a sandwich and for that reason we postponed our visit to the biscuits company for many years until the Centennial location opened up.

Highly recommend putting your name on the waitlist before you go! It was busy and lots of people were there! Cute location, food was delicious. I am not a breakfast person but I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy! Get gravy on the side to dip, much easier! Biscuit was a little hard! OJ is freshly made and super yummy only thing is server didn’t offer any refills. Also cinnamon roll was amazing, but had to take it home it was so big!!

Wow!! We went with some fam that was visiting. The wait to sit inside was 45 min but we sat outside and it was fast. I ordered the Dahlia, my sis had the 3 run and that was a lot of food & delicious. Our server was the best too: helpful with menu options & even recommended a meal for us to save money on what we wanted to order.
