Omg! I just ordered the Egusi soup w/fufu and Dodo! My truly first authentic African dish. It was amazing! Will go visit at the restaurant next time!

Walked in and it was chaos. Little kids doing all kinds of madness and the place smelled like Ijesha Market. No reason for it to smell like that. We didn’t even know where to order from and finally someone came out and assisted.

I spent $40 on dry Joloff rice, old fish with the fins still on it, fufu was not made correctly and every time I go it’s a different price. I tried them twice and they failed me both times but never again. I’m actually disgusted with even thinking about it. Restaurant was not clean and smell awful I couldn’t even eat it. I made a mistake the first time and a bad decision the second time… and I’m done with African food all together!!

Passing through Indianapolis and decided to try African food. The food was top notch. Tried the pepper soup (assorted). Was awesome. Also, ate egusi, pounded yam and goat meat. Super! Took jollof rice and meat pies to go.

The food was okay at best. For some reason we were charged $26 for a tiny cup of rubbery snails. It was a total rip off to pay $71 for this meal.
