Minimal seating. Was told 30 minutes over the phone, got there and was told 10 or 15 minutes… 20 minutes later I got my order, 2 large 2 topping pizzas, nothing special. Next time I’ll ‘take and bake’ instead of being written off and rude to when I ask if there was a problem with my order.

I know companies don’t usually care about reviews but this was a bad experience today. I called in a order at 5:15pm to have ready by 6pm. I got there a lil early due to my son being let out of practice early. There were 2 people ahead of me and they put their orders in after me from what they told me, but they received their orders before me. I was already upset due to my order not being ready, so long story short I got my order at about 625 when I called the order in at 5:15pm. I get hat companies are short staffed but when I called the order in I should have been informed that the order may take a lil longer than what I wanted. Not happy with the service at all..

Order to Pizza because family was together because someone died today it came burnt. I called them to get a credit and they told me I had to bring the pizza back because they didn’t believe me. I talk to the manager and told her what my family was going through and she said she would give me a $10 credit because she didn’t see the pizza. So I ended up getting nothing but Im leaving the picture so that the manager can see that it was burnt. I did offer to send the manager a picture but she said she couldn’t accept them.

I’ve been ordering from DeRangos for years. I order often. Over the last several months though, l have not been happy with the pizza. The pizza is dry, barely any sauce and the cheese recedes too far from the crust. So is the case with today’s delivery. The last time this happened and l brought it to their attention l was told l could order extra sauce. My last order was a 16 inch pizza and l tipped $8 even tho my side order was omitted. Today the delivery guy forgot my side order again and , again the pizz is soooooo dry! I think l’ve reached the end of my patronage to DeRangos.

This place use to be good, but has really deteriorated over the last year or two. They have a large menu, but should probably narrow their focus. The only good thing is the Italian beef. Do not waste your money on the quesadillas or tacos. I use to get the pizza on a regular basis and even that has been bad the last few times.

My husband and I ordered during an ice storm and had our food delivered and I wanted to give shout out to our delivery driver. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. We didn’t have any electricity and he was still super great with being flexible while we got situated with the food. Oh, and the food is really good! Super grateful they delivered and provided great food during a tough time.
