Pizza looks good.. but doesn’t taste as per expectation… wasn’t cooked enough from bottom and difficult to tear apart. Felt like eating just flour and cheese and toppings.. Dominos is better… don’t know why people were crazy for this in cafeteria…

Great pizza, my wife enjoyed it and she is very picky about her pizza. Even the crust was good! We ate all our end crust. It usually gets thrown out at places that are just ok with their dough. Service was pretty fast on a really busy night. Did not like having to hunt for a seat. The food court setting can be a turn off.

We stopped here one evening with another couple. We were able to order right away. The employees at the order area seemed very unhappy and not afraid to show it. Not the normal type of southern hospitality we’re use to in Nashville. The pizza was good. The employees were not very accommodating when we inquired about to-go materials. The seating area is a pretty cool open area where you can watch the employees toss dough and make pizzas. The employees in this area were friendly. The food was decent but I will probably opt for friendlier service elsewhere. Customer service is important to me.

Too expensive. Nearly $20 for a 12 inch pizza that actually looks better than it tastes. It is made fresh however. Go next store and grab a chicken quesadilla for $5

Pizza here is amazing!! If you like wood fired pizza, this place will not disappoint. Quality ingredients and delicious. They text you when your food is ready which is really nice, and it was ready in under 10 minutes. Two of us shared a 12″ so we had room for dessert, and that was perfect!

Shocked at other reviews of this place. We went to this place because of the reviews only to get tricked. The pizza was horrible. Soft, under cooked, basic and lacked flavor. The staff was young teenage kids that were not helpful or knowledgeable about the resturant or menu. Sad honestly. Do not come here for pizza unless you are depressed.

The food hall has something for everyone. The pizza is delicious. Made in a brick oven. We got the salad and pizza. Salad was fresh and yummy. We ended up bringing our food back to the room so the pizza lost a little crisp, though the flavor was still yummy.

We wouldn’t eat here again. I ordered and paid online through the Assembly Food Hall website. I received a text when my order was ready for pickup. The process was easy, though the staff weren’t hospitable. Thin and floppy crust that wasn’t cut well combined with too much tomato sauce made for messy eating. The crust and toppings did have good flavor. Our pizzas were room temperature.

To the uneducated foodies visiting or local, this is what you call a traditional Italian pizza. It’s supposed to have more sauce, minimal toppings, and the bread is supposed to be fluffy on top with a slight char and a crunch on the bottom. These aren’t massive pizzas because these are traditional ITALIAN pizzas. The portions are going to be smaller, again because it’s not a traditional America pizza were 1 person eats an extra large by themselves with 10 different toppings and developes diabetes afterwards. High quality ingredients, knowledge of how to cook it, and a delicious pie is what you’re gonna get here. It’s my favorite for neapolitan pizza in Nashville. This is the closest thing I could get to true Italian neapolitan pizza here in Tennessee so far. I’m just a local Nashvillian who loves pizza. Ive been to Italy and had the real thing, its close enough.
