Got Punjabi burger really took me back to Punjab street food, did not like the falooda something was missing not sure what it is. Plus as I am not from NYC asked the lady if parking on side street is fine she says no idea lol so minus one star on all. Total Came to 32 for 2 Punjabi burgers, 1 thali and 1 falooda not sure if she overcharged me, but I did not bother to ask this first time.

Very poor customer service, I ordered family pack muton biryani and chicken 65. After reaching home, when I opened the biryani box it was half empty. I called them immediately and they were not ready to accept their mistake and keep on saying this cannot happen. No courtesy while talking to their customer. I would ask everyone to check their boxes before you pay for your order.

There is no complaint regarding the food. The food is really good here. But can we please talk about how rude the front lady was? She does not know how to talk properly. We got some uninvited guests and we thought of desi bites. Me and my brother went and google said it was open for another hour. We did not know that they were closing soon. The lady said nothing. We said we wanted tikki burger and she said there’s one tikki so you can’t get anything else like tikki chaat. We were ok. Then I said I wanted Fruit falooda but with some customizations and this lady was rushing through and she was like I can’t do. She straight away said we are closed, we are closed. First off if you were closed why was the door still open? Why did you not tell in the first place? And most importantly why were you still taking orders? I also work in the food industry but we never treated customers like this.
