The service was a mess tonight. Been here many times and food and service are usually good. Not tonight. Hostess was rude and actually made a gesture as she walked away from table after asking a simple request. Both burgers ordered were completely wrong. My silverware was dirty. The bathroom had no trash bag in it and the place was dirty in general. Very very disappointing. Place needs updating and the staff needs to be more attentive and just better in general. New management is needed to hire good people and to motivate employees.

Holy… whaaaat? Amazing gourmet burgers! If you’re in the mood for an over the top, flavor explosion in your mouth, come here. We had the Blues Brother’s and The Soprano YUM. One of those had little capers in it, can’t remember which. The fries were really good too, thick cut and seasoned perfectly. Everything was seasoned perfectly actually.

This is my new favorite burger spot, and it is closer to home than my #2 spot (formerly #1). You know, the one with the initials POC. Great service. Great food. Juicy burgers. Lots of options. Bring your appetite. The shakes are very good as well.

Our first time here and our last! We were seated in a booth by the window and when I looked up there were “dead flies” all across the sill and when I looked on the floor there was a pool of “dead flies” and some spinning around in a circle on floor in the process of dying! The most disgusting thing to see in a restaurant! I called the waitress and pointed this out to her and she agreed with me it was disgusting and she apologized and cleaned it up! Next our appetizers, fried pickles and wings they were good next out our burger and baked potato. The bun was cold and hard I ordered tomato and it was missing, the baked potato was old NOT FRESH! so I sent it back only to receive another potato a little worse then the first one I sent back. The manager came out but unfortunately was not willing to compensate at all for the potato and took it off my bill and not to mention all the dead flies! So $58 dollars later it was the most horrible place I’ve ever eaten! I do not recommend this establishment AT ALL!

Would give 3.5 stars. Our waitress was fantastic, there was a wide selection of interesting burgers, and the burgers were visually appealing, but they didn’t taste quite as good as they looked. There was an odd sort of flavor that I couldn’t put my finger on, possibly the burger seasoning, and they were simply less flavorful than anticipated.
