Vegan, check. Great variety of menu options, check. Nice atomosphere and cool decor, check. If you are searching for a vegan restaurant with unique dishes search no more. This restaurant had a great variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and many GF items as well. You order at the counter and the food is brought to the table. It took a bit of time to place our order. We were the only ones in line but the staff had a lot to do. We ordered the Buffalo cauliflower which were exceptionally crispy and not over watery like most are. The sauce was clearly house made and had it’s own unique flavor. It wasn’t over spicy and had a great healthy feel to it, if they sold jars of the sauce I would buy it. We also got an empanazza which was like a little hot pocket. It had a sort of soft pastry like texture and the filling was steamy and delicious, with an explosion of flavor. Lastly we got kimchi impossible sliders with vegan cheese. I cannot express how tasty these were. Many of the vegan burgers you go out and buy feel like veggie. This is fine for me but sometimes I’m craving an old school greasy burger and the way they prepare this impossible burger was nothing short of extravagant. If nothing else, get the sliders and prepare to be mind blown. All in all it is a great spot in the old north end. The food takes a bit to get to you so bring company and have a nice chat. My only real complaint is that the portions were on the smaller side but that is very typical for the more than a dozen vegan spots I have been to.

Best vegan burgers tasted in 6 years!! The classic sliders taste exactly like McDo cheeseburger. Need to mention that the artichokes dip was awesome as well! Thanks for the service and the great food!

Nothing could have topped our most perfect ride along Lake Champlain better than dinner at Despacito, a vegan restaurant that was over the top FANTASTIC and relatively new.

This is a nice place to come for lunch or dinner. The entrance is off the street, but the parking is actually behind the building. There is a door from parking lot to hall for accessing the different places in the building, including Despacito.

Delicious, hearty, vegan fare with a Puerto Rican twist in the heart of Burlington’s Old North End. I had an incredible meal at Despacito. I tasted everything on the menu and it was all so flavorful and delicious. The Impossible sliders reminded me of mini Big Macs, the picadillo (Puerto Rican chili) was unlike anything I’d ever tasted, the cauliflower wings were beautifully seasoned and not too spicy, and the winter salad was light and refreshing. Make sure that you save room for dessert because the flan is out of this world! I’ve been vegan for almost 6 years and it’s rare to come across a vegan restaurant where you know that your omnivore friends and family will be just as happy as you are to eat there. I can’t wait to go back for another incredible meal!

We enjoyed the food and the service. My wife and I brought our two young children here for dinner. The food was delicious. The staff all went out of their way to be welcoming and kind to our kids. There’s no kids’ menu, but our kids devoured the Picadillo and the Tofu Plate. My wife said the Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings” were her favorite. I got the sliders and the Coconut Flan. The flavors and textures all just hit right. None of us are vegan or even vegetarians. We’re already making plans to visit again with some friends.

I have ordered take out as well as have dined in and I can honestly say this is some of the best vegan comfort food I have ever had. I highly recommend the sliders and Buffalo cauliflower bites. Each dish is incredible and the people who own and work here are so kind. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Food was incredible and we don’t typically choose vegan options. Great selection of tapas, sharing style plates. Buffalo cauliflower was better than most Buffalo wings in town. Staff was welcoming and cool environment. Will return to support this place!

Cosy latin american bar/kitchen that has covers both ends of the vegan spectrum, from junk food to elevated dishes. The sorullito (corn fritters) were spectacular. The Impossible burger sliders and tofu plate were great too. They have a venue next door and had a hip hop event going on. Very cool spot!
