Without a doubt, the most amazingly delicious nutritious shakes and teas. Shane and his wonderful team are completely FABULOUS! They’re all very knowledgeable about their products and how to lose weight with the products. They have a calming atmosphere, always positive, smiling faces and over all up beat attitudes! Love this place!! We’re from out of town and have stopped in 3 days in a row. We’re doing a peak week for a bodybuilding competition and Shane and Danielle were able to make us a protein shake to fit not only our tastebuds, but our macros too. Delicious and nutritious!!! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Canyon Lake.

My niece and I pulled in the parking and was about to leave when a worker from the shop came out yelling at us that we trashed his parking lot… we did not see the couple of napkins fly out of the car and he made my niece cry… over a piece of trash. Did not give me a chance to pick it up or be polite and correct the issue, he just stood in the parking lot throwing a fit about some paper towels. I guess we talk differently to customers where I come from no matter what shop we go into. Not saying dont say anything but there is a right and wrong way of doing it.
