The food was amazing. I only got the three tacos. Someone came out and warned me about the hot salsa. I had already eaten a spoonful and decided it was wonderful. Everyone was kind and caring and concerned that we didn’t overdo the spice. I probably won’t go back to this particular one because it’s not near me. I will be going to the one that is near me.

Super cute place to eat with beautiful artwork displayed on the walls. First time here with my daughter, and we absolutely loved the food and the friendly staff. It is also a very clean environment. This place is great their tacos are awesome but i tried their crunchwrap type thing this time. Its covered with crunchy cheese that is amazing. I had them do their hottest hot aauce and it is habanero level hot. Their heat levels are never very consistent

Detroit taco company was a major disappointment. The good to go tacos are supposed to come with chicken, cheese and a sauce packet… which they did. The problem is only half the taco was filled and with barely any cheese. I also am not a fan of the sauce packet being put on the outside of the taco, it seems unsanitary. Now for the Detroit taco. All I tasted was beans. I had to scrape them off to actually be able to taste the rest of the ingredients. The hard shell was extremely soggy as well. As for the service, another miss by them. They didn’t give me the sour cream I paid for, I couldn’t add any side of lettuce to my order so I put it in the comment sections to be put on the side and that didn’t happen. If I’m paying $18 for 5 tacos it won’t be from here again.

The food was good, but there wasn’t enough of it. $11.99 for Smash Wrap with chicken. I asked for extra salsa and the guy said it was in there, but I couldn’t taste it. I could have easily ate 2 of those things to get full, but that would have been $24.00 plus the drink? I don’t mind paying for a good meal, but at least make it worth it!?!

(Changed previous review of 5 stars) Used to be WAY better. We ate there plenty of times during early COVID to patronize good places. But now the tacos are smaller, less inside, fewer- all for a higher price. Not much worth it anymore.

The art on the walls was cool but the food was disappointing. I would’ve rather gone to an authentic Mexican restaurant and gotten more flavorful than what is offered here. I thought the “charred corn off the cob” would be like esquites and it wasn’t. It didn’t have much flavor. The $2 street taco was okay. The churro was kind of stiff. This place just wasn’t for me.
