Called in my order, the guy who took it was order was so nice. I usually ask what flavors they like. I always get dry rubs. I got Habanero Ranch, Lemon pepper, Cajun, and plain. The seasoned Cajun fries are good and well seasoned. My husband said they were greasy but I liked them a lot.

The wing wars are heating up in Ann Arbor. This is a promising spot, just getting started. Good service, order was ready on time, chicken was cooked well. Definitely need to try some more of the flavors. The habanero definitely packs the heat. The poutine was excellent and the cornbread bites were good. I like how they showed me my order as they packed it. Will be back to try more on the menu.

Food is disgusting and very over priced, with Wingstop right across the street why even bother with this place. Lol Really do not eat here, it is just horrible. There is hardly any items on the menu also.

I have never written a poor review for a restaurant. I know that things happen and having worked in food service myself, I am more than accommodating. I walked into this store with three employees yelling at one another and not assisting anyone in the lobby. An employee stormed out of the restaurant and they asked for my order name. Pick up was 7:09, and it was about 7:15 at this point. I waited until 8pm for my food THAT HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE BACK COUNTER. This was a $50 order for 3 people, it wasn’t hard to miss. I got my food and left. It is cold, it is gross, it isn’t good. The employees told me “you should have told us sooner”. No, they should have checked in with the person sitting in their lobby waiting on their order. They offered me things to help ease the mistake they caused, but I didn’t want to deal with the store anymore. All other customers in the lobby waited about 30/45 minutes for their orders as well. I had one iffy experience with them prior to this, but now I won’t be returning.

Dont have enough staff, I was literally in the restaurant and the dude told me that he is not taking orders and that I have to order online to place an order, you can put a tablet so people can order without the hassle, or hire more people, what a terrible service

As far as the wings go, they were good but not the best I’ve had. What bothered me is that I was the only customer in there and I had to wait 20 minutes for an order of boneless wings only! There was no sense urgency at all.
