Devil’s Lettuce is not only endorsed by this vegan adult, but also picky-eater kiddo approved! I brought my little critic of 5 years in for a late lunch, and I was absolutely astounded by a variety of things. First things first, the customer service is top notch – he ordered his food independently, and the staff were so accommodating with him, as he’s a little guy and words can be hard for such a teeny kid. He ordered the Dank Nuggs with a side of mac & cheese, and I got the Killer Tofu Toastie, recommended by the staff. It took about eight minutes from when we ordered to when we got our food – which was amazing, as sitting with a hungry kiddo sometimes isn’t the easiest. Now, the most impressive part was that my dining buddy not only *tried* a bite of everything (nuggets, mac and cheese, tater tots), but voiced his amazement with each item. He’s the kind of picky that won’t even stray from the specific brand of chicken nuggets and mac, so for him to actively enjoy non-Velveeta & Tyson food, I was nothing but shocked. My sandwich was quite possibly the best I’ve ever had (the pesto is nut-free!!!). Add in the fact that it’s all vegan, and you’ve got the perfect storm for any vegan parent with a picky kiddie. Cannot recommend this enough, even if you’re not vegan – you’ll literally never know it’s plant based! Attached are pics taken by the critic himself.

Delicious! We split the French toast which was good. We also shared the packed brunch bowl which was fabulous! Excellent mix of ingredients and absolutely yummy!

Best vegan restaurant we have ever been to. The burger was off the hook – and the meatloaf was insane. Worth every penny, and I recommend it. Will be back!

You know that block that kids have in their mind about vegetables? I never grew out of that as an adult. I don’t like the term picky eater. Instead I prefer to say that I have a selective intake process. So when my friend suggested we try Devil’s Lettuce, you can understand how resistant and skeptical I was. But boy howdy let me tell you, those “chicken nuggets”… They were beer battered and fried and perfect. Normally french fries are just french fries but there’s some sort of magic that apparently only vegans can conjure to make potato taste that way. I got a side of their mac and cheese with no idea what to expect. As a dyed in the wool carnivore, I could definitely tell that the sauce was not dairy based but it was still delicious. The food was so good that it planted a curiosity in me about some of these other non-meat options. What the hell is jackfruit?! I have no idea but something tells me I might find out soon! 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

Came for NYD brunch and omg so good. Both had the chicken fried steak sandwich and 3 sides: red potatoes, brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese. Everything was great and the owner is so nice and very apologetic because they were busy, but we didn’t mind at all because WE LOVE seeing our vegan joints busy and packed. Can’t wait to keep supporting this place.

My husband and I enjoyed brunch a few months ago. While we did not get a chance to take pictures, my husband’s chicken and waffles and my gran marnier French toast were delicious! We are not vegans but we could not tell the “chicken” was not really chicken and the gravy for the waffles was fantastic! The French toast was the perfect blend of sweet and the orange flavor of the gran marnier complimented it nicely! We will definitely be returning diners and look forward to trying out more on the menu.

As a person that eats decently, but is not vegan, and has the “I love cheese, a lot” issue many Americans face… y’all… Sloppy Mac Wrap was 10/10. Flavors, textures, nothing even the least bit “weird vegan” about this food. A+ give them a shot.

I’ve eaten here a few times and all have been very good! The food is great, better than many non vegan places I’ve been to- the service is very friendly and is attached to a cute tavern you can eat the food at and have a drink
