The Dewars Clubhouse happened to be right across from my gate so I decided to grab a quick bite before boarding. While the food was excellent, “quick” was not a word I would use to describe my experience. First, I stood patiently at the “please wait to be seated” sign for probably close to 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was standing there and I wasn’t until a half dozen more people joined me in like that someone came over to seat us. There was the typical QR menu to scan and order from. Perfect. Only no one had “activated ” my table, so I had to flag down a waitress to do that. Then the phone ordering didn’t work, so she just took my order the old fashioned way.

The gentleman in the picture told me to seat myself even though the posted sign said to wait to be seated. Attempted to order through QR code but got an order that it was blocked till my server opened it. Multiple employees continue to check on already served customers, but myself and 3 other new customers were completely ignored. Two customers walked out before I did. Gave up waiting after 10-15 minutes and walked out. Took a picture of this employee and he threatened me for supposedly taking his picture on private property. I informed him I was no longer inside his store and on public property, but he then insisted I was on “private federal property”. He appears to be both too lazy to work and ignorant that the county owns the airport and it’s indeed public property where he has no rights to privacy.

While the service is fine, I’ve never felt more compelled to leave a review based on price. The food is cafeteria food at best and for myself and my partner cost us 80 dollars. Her cocktail was 18 dollars and my beer was 9 while the extremely mediocre fish and chips was 21 dollars. Her chicken tenders was 18 dollars. 18 dollars for chicken tenders is outrageous no matter where you are. I didn’t even pay 18 dollars for chicken tenders in Vegas. Plus, the tartar sauce I got with the fish was warm to hot even tbl it says on the packaging to refrigerate.

Things might have changed with the staff but I thought the food and staff were great. All the tables were open so we just sat ourselves and our waitress quickly grabbed our drinks orders and then we ordered food. I had read the reviews so picked fail-safe food items just in case. Yes it’s overpriced but it’s airport food. Airport food is always overpriced. RSW needs a total revamp of food options in all of the terminals but for now, this is what we’re working with. You’re going to an airport restaurant, not 5th Avenue. Relaxxxx.

I missed an early AM flight and stopped here to eat breakfast and kill some time. Trish was my server, a genuinely happy and positive person who’s presence and demeanor gave me a sense of comfort at a pretty stressful time. The food was better than average for airport food, but I hope to encounter more people like Trish on my journey through life, and I hope you do too.

Since my mother and I had plenty of time before boarding our plane We decided to stop and eat at the restaurant right next to our gate. It was crowded, however we were seated quickly our food service was fast our server was friendly and did a good job. My mom ordered the chicken quesadilla, it was very good I ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger minus onion tomato It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. Although pricy, I would eat here again.

Got the cheese burger it was probably the worst I’ve ever had took over 45 mins to get and it came out beyond well done and it was almost 20 bucks. Go to the pizza spot instead

I think i share the same sentiments as everyone else here. The service was slow and not very friendly, the food was pretty bad even for airport food, and they just didn’t seem to care about anything. I mean you can expect that from most airport eateries but this one was a little worse than most. 2 stars only because the place looked nice.

Food here is not only awful but food prep is in fact SHARED with Shulas and every other restaurant in the airport! Its literally the Duff beer brewery of food! That being said, Marina is probably one of the best bartenders I’ve come across. Usually the airport bars are a factory of sadness but Marina makes this one special. Dont order food, just order a drink and ask her about the whiskey

Slow service – waitress definitely forgot to pick up our order and only delivered it lukewarm after asking 30 minutes after ordering. Beverage service was good and food was surprisingly tasty.
