Don’t come here for pizza unless you are doing dine in. I’ve had multiple experiences with take out where the pizza has had only half the expected toppings compared to when I have dined in. A meatball pizza had multiple slices with only a single piece of meatball and mozzarella, which is unacceptable for the ‘gourmet’ price point being charged.

For the record. I’ve worked at Dewey’s on Lee road for 8 months and never ONE time have I felt neglected or discriminated against. I’m also Hispanic… I am shocked on recent reviews bashing management because of the 13 years of working experience I have, I can truly say this is the most comfortable work environment. We are very clean and efficient while working. The kitchen is family friendly and interactive from behind a large slice of glass. Our server team tries our hardest to make sure everyone has a good time, and it’s proven because of the large amount of regulars we have. This place is great. I’m here to clarify that, me being a server and in no postition or power, I feel included and cared about. Come see for yourself !! ✌

Dewey’s Pizza is always delicious (dine-in and takeout), and kids love watching pizzas being made behind the big window. My favorites are the Edgar Allen Poe pizza and the house salad. Pity there’s no ginger ale on tap, but the lemonade is really good.

Dewey’s in Cleveland Heights is my personal favorite for pizza. Its reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly. Great pizza and good beer selection. My son always wants the pepperoni and my husband and I change up between the “Socrates Revenge” or the “Dr. Dre” The Socrates Revenge is a Veggie pizza with a white sauce. The Dr. Dre has a chicken, Jalapeño, bacon, green pepper, red onion, tomato and a ranch sauce you drizzle on top after bake…delicious! Dewey’s is consistently good

My roommate being a fan, i gave it a try for the first time. Great service, very sweet staff and amazing Pizza’s must say. The combinations and the variety is just great. Being a vegetarian, was overwhelmed with the options. Would be great to have pizza by slice options too for a quick anytime grab 🙂

We’ve always had prompt, polite, attentive service. The white pizza with pepperoni and Pineapple is sooo good. The kitchen staff were awesome as well, interacting through the window with my 3 year old son. He was amazed at them throwing/stretching dough, and one employee even juggled a bit which blew my toddlers mind.

Suggested this place for lunch today with coworkers and regretted it. The food was meh. I got the Edgar Allan Poe pizza which was aptly named because it was definitely scary. It’s hard to mess up pizza and yet…There were a few flies and the place reeked of a weird smell. The service was great but they were clearly understaffed. Our food was late and although the manager Shawn came over to apologize to us, we overheard him disciplining the server which made us super uncomfortable with how rude he was being. Clearly they need to hire more people instead of pushing their staff to the limit.

I’ve visited this place just now, and you can customize Both halves of your pizza. What have my kids with a Don Corleone pizza, and the other half was supreme pizza I believe. I paid $24 for this at a glass of tapwater, and I felt that it was really good. The crust was reminiscent of a pretzel bread. I’m gonna have to come back out here again soon.
