I don’t understand how a cart of 3 Indian men can’t figure out how to make vegetable biryani?! They used frozen veggies and over cooked the rice to make some water logged mush that has no flavor until it is burning your mouth! The riyta was so watered down and somehow flavorless…?! I was really craving Indian food, this was a huge disappointment! My white British mum could have made better Indian food! Okay, the nice part, the mango lassi is really great!! The one guy was very nice and helped me out so nicely! The other two… Well, the one who helped me was so nice! I really wanted it to be better!!

Bar none my favorite meal on this planet. Shrimp Curry. I came from St. Joseph, Mo and ended up eating at this truck 4 times. I wish I had the recipe, what I would give to have this near my hometown. This was from Knob Hill Dhaba Food Truck. Omg.

How can something so messed up be sooo good. Paid for 2 chicken Tikka that had 3 pieces in 1 and tiny scraps in the other that equaled 1 chunk of chicken. It was just sauce. Expensive sauce. When I get a $120 meal, I would love for there to be more than sauce. My aloo one was chalk full so maybe they were out of chicken? At 7pm when they close at 9? The “Naan” was crispy rotti, the khabab was ground chicken (wth?) and the rice was basically minute rice but basmatti.
