What happened to satisfying your customers?? I literally took two bites of my sandwich, and I couldn’t stomach it. It was nasty. But, do you think I got a refund or anything?? Nope!! My husband, daughter, and niece said their entrees were good. I guess that’s a plus. The manager refused to even offer something else. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for 17 years, I understand that you cannot satisfy everyone. The public can be very trying at times. However, you have to try to make them happy. That didn’t happen here. Our server was nice, and did her best when the restaurant got busy. It’s tough when you’re the only server and have 30 customers. Oh when you pay, use cash, or you’ll get charged for using a debit/credit card. We won’t be back.

Never going to eat at di Carlos restaurant!!! The first time we have ever eaten here and will definitely be the last. The woman who takes the orders is absolutely disrespectful and rude and not customer oriented at all! She did not inform us of really any details about our food, specifically what was on the salads which we didn’t ask and she didn’t say. That being said my girlfriend just picked our food up and I am really allergic to bacon. I didn’t know what they put on the salad, and she as well dumped our dressings on there which is very odd since we asked for extra dressing and makes since if they don’t want u to know they didn’t give you extra. Besides that I am, I allergic to bacon and my girlfriend went back into the restaurant to tell the woman we ordered from and asked her to have it remade and she flat out refused and says it’s not her problem! Like really !! Never again will we be spending money at that restaurant for people who do not put their customers first !

Their pizza is stellar and the only reason I’m giving them three stars. They really need to up their quality of service. I know everyone is struggling for workers right now, however the last time I was in to pick up an order every single person just looked at me. Not one of them greeted me until I had been there for five minutes. Tonight we made MULTIPLE phone calls and got no answers. I love supporting small and local, but in cases like this it sure is hard to.

I don’t live in Red Bud, but when we visit relatives in town they often order pizza from Di Carlo’s for us. It’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The toppings are generous, and the cheese is excellent. This tastes nothing like pizza from the chains. It’s waaaay better!

Pizza is my first love, but I don’t typically go to pizza buffets because buffets, in general, do not not very good food. Di Carlo’s actually has good pizza, though! The salad bar could stand to be a touch bigger but it was good – fresh lettuce?! I would definitely go again.
