Tonight I had excellent service from the restaurant staff. I somehow got the wrong number and ordered at another location than desired. The friendly staff member helped me order at an appropriate restaurant nearby. I have years of restaurant experience and the Sunnyside location handled an sudden rush of customers for dine in, to go orders and Doordash orders. Cool under pressure. I give them 10 ⭐

The location on Kings Canyon and Clovis had extremely bad customer service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and get my order. I got up and offered to pay for my drinks that I did order and drank. I don’t recommend this place at all. The place was not busy at all and waitresses were in the back shooting the breeze. No apologies were offered. The waitresses heard that I was leaving and the didn’t care they continued with their gossip.

I did an online order and they completely got everything wrong. Order a medium pizza combination with meatballs added extra cheese no onions by some hell got a large pizza extra onions no meatballs… Order the side salad and they told me they ran out of dressing. I called to report. It took almost an hour to get anybody cause. The phone was busy but the lady that did answer was extremely polite. Her name was shena She was very apologetic and told me Good day would refund me and we make my order. I thought that was super nice.. So even though share food? Was? Not made? How I asked and even know the order was completely wrong. Shena really made up for it.

We have eaten at every Di Ciccos in a Fresno county. They are all good, but the Kings Canyon/Clovis Ave location is my favorite. The service is nothing short of stellar. The food excellent. Eggplant parm GF? Yes please. Vegetarian friendly and gluten free food in one place isn’t easy to find. They never cease to deliver their best. My daughter in law lives for that fresh baked bread! Our top picks are Eggplant Parm, the Scarface, and the Clam Chowder!

I went to the Kings Canyon and Clovis location I wasn’t feeling good I was very weak I asked the lady for a recommendation she recommended the soup it was very delicious and her caring nature was wonderful she even offered me a take home soup that was a wonderful idea the soup gave me strength and made me feel somewhat better but her care for her customer made me even feel better I wish I would have gotten her name I would really like her to know how much I appreciated her today thank you

I’ve been going to this place since it was on Chestnut and K.Canyon and never had a bad meal. I ordered Doordash right before closing so that probably had something to do with my BAD outcome. The piece of lasagna was half size, the bread was dry because it was the heels and didn’t get enough butter. Skimpy sauce and the side of meatballs was together with the lasagna when it usually comes separately in it’s own sauce. It was an attempt to make it disguise the little piece of lasagna. Doordash refunded me after I had to complain
