Last few time the meat on line was either dry or burnt. Service is terrible they always seem like they don’t want to serve you. Not only that but when my sister worked there and our mom went to the hospital she got fired because she missed to many days. She called and text letting the boss know the situation. Come to find out she was blocked and they purposely fired her. The whole management team is messed up. The only ones who are worth the trip of going there is Matt, Avery, Brandon, Kurt, and nya. Other places have better service. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place is gross. There’s no other way to say it. The food took about 30 minutes to come out, and there were very few in the place. (all we had were beef nachos). When they did arrive, they were without flavor. I was just in town visiting, but I will defiantly not be back.

It is 3:45pm on a sunny, Saturday afternoon. No sour cream, no guacamole, no pico, no diced tomatoes, no corn salsa! Just a bowl of meat and rice. DO BETTER! I didn’t wanna go to North Augusta to Chipotle but it’s obvious that they are the better chain!

Ordered a takeout order from here and was super disappointed – the guacamole was literally black (scooped it off, did not eat) and my chips were totally wet and mushy. Would not eat here again.

The food is generally pretty good but the last three times I’ve been there they are out of a ton of stuff (pico, corn salsa, sour cream, chips guacamole, et) it’s really frustrating to start an order and halfway through just to be told they are out of everything. Either prepare enough food for your business or tell customers before they start an order that you’re out of half of the menu.

Girl behind counter was rude. Acted as if she was bothered to put on her little gloves and wait on me. Refused to prepare order as requested ie…..put chips in separate container so they aren’t soggy by the time I get home. What happened to customer service….smh

They don’t have to worry about me eating from there again!!! I ask for a bowl. The girl ask what kind of rice I said Spanish. They gave me a small spoon that barely spread across the bowl! Everything I ask for was very small but the person in front and behind me had larger portion of everything!!! If they didn’t have enough for my bowl they should of said that
