Ordered a cup of queso, and this is what I received. Also got NO chips with my order. My boyfriend doesn’t eat diablos so he didn’t know when he brought it to me, but I usually get 2 bags of chips. What the heck? Do better.

We have eaten at a different Diablo’s in Lexington. This particular one was really good. The food was fresh and very tasty. It was also affordable. We enjoyed a couple of bowls, which you build by going down a line with a worker. Just tell them what you want in there, and they do it for you. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the place as well. Very good eats!

This was the worst experience. The staff were highly unprofessional, rude, rolling their eyes when we would ask a question and the food was cold and disgusting. Would never recommend this to even my dog.

The worst Diablos I have ever went to. The hours of operation is 11am to 9pm. They closed down at 8pm. I was severed out of plastic containers and was given shredded cheese that look like cottage cheese.

Edit Edit: chicken rice beans onion jalapeños double cheese quesadilla for those who asked and it wasn’t the lead Cook, but a relatively new cook (just assumed by how well he was handling the lunch rush switching bt stations and helping everyone).

Don’t visit Aiken very much but love Diablo’s. Unfortunately had the WORST experience at this location ever!! Service was horrible. The young man who made our food seemed lost. I wasn’t able to get the bowl I wanted because no one knew if there was any of the shell bowls available. Not much of a selection because there was empty tubs instead of food. The manager/lead with a red shirt at the register and he was just as confused as the rest of the employees. Paid 40$ for 3 people and got barley any food. (Unlike the rest of the locations) I usually get more food than I can eat. Tables were dirty. With the exception of maybe 2 employees out of maybe 6 that even looked like they were trying. Kudos to the young man and young lady that seemed to have their hands full with the staff that seemed to not know what the hell was going on. Do not recommend this location until something is done!!! Would give 0 stars but atleast the 2 tried!

This staff either needs retraining by corporate or the health department needs to step in. The girl running the line did not change her gloves after handling payment before returning to touch food items. This includes card and cash. The blonde guy started cleaning the dining room at 7:00 – he shook out the rugs in the dining area while we were eating. He used the broom on the floors AND table tops. The table tops where people eat their food! He did not return and wipe it off with a disinfectant. He also did not change his gloves after shaking out and rolling up the rugs before gathering items for a lady’s take out order. That’s just what was visible from the dining area, I am beyond disgusted and hate to think what takes place behind the line.

The food is great but the customer service isn’t there. I don’t know why people think it’s okay to have hands in pockets with Air Pods in while talking to a ordering customer. The first 2 times I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Every time I come in it’s the same kid that’s not in uniform, not smiling, listening to music. Managers are okay with this?!? Also not wearing gloves?!
